Our cabin is rustic yet enchanting. Hand-built in 1947, Longacres is the perfect cozy place to unplug and unwind. But if you need high-speed internet, you’ve got it! Old Town Manteo is a charming harbor town where you will feel far from the beach boxes and OBX crowds. Longacres is 1 mile from downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Roanoke Sound and a 12 minute drive to the Nags Head beaches. To complete your adventure, we provide bikes and kayaks so you can explore the water and town at your own pace.

It’s about 650 SF and has a good sized master w/ queen bed and futon, loft with two twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. 2 pools on site, outdoor showers for returning from the beach, and multiple outdoor grills. MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. All within a mile or two include: THE ABC STORE, Harris-Teeter, Brew Thru, MAMA KWANS, TORTUGA’S, The City Park.

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

There is much to do and see in this area.
