Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

This is my third time staying at Ipana but first time at the Enrique’s place. Great spacious apartment, comfortable furniture. The neighbourhood, condo facilities are amazing. Security staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay here.

The apartment (especially the kitchen) is well designed and functional. The climate system is working well and silently. The area is located in the jungle and very calm. One might encounter problems with signal (phone, internet) but the WiFi of the apartment was working well. Definitely, having a bicycle (or other means of transportation) is a big plus, as the beaches, restaurants or shopping malls are quite far by foot. In the case of renting bicycles, one should be prepared and bring one’s own lights. Apart from the Avenida Kukulkán, the streets were suitable for bicycles. One should note that Tulum seems like a city in construction and so, already in a few weeks or months there may be many more options for restaurants or supermarkets in the area. Finally, whenever there was a question or a problem, the answers came immediately and the problem was fixed by next day. In summary: 10/10.

My wife and I stayed here for our one-year anniversary and had a truly wonderful experience. The penthouse unit is clean, charming, and well-maintained, located in a secure building with great amenities that really enhanced our stay. The hosts—Bernardo and his team—were very responsive and helpful throughout. We felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again and give this place a full five stars. Highly recommended!

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

very comfortable, great location. LOTS of good food in walking distance. the pools are all more plunge pools than actual pools. That being said on a hot tulum day, they still feel good.

We had a great time. Lovely and comfortable house. Linda was helpful and quite prompt for the minimal issues or questions we had. The house was in a very good location. We had 4 people there and it was very private the way it was laid out (2 levels)

This bnb is located in the Oleo resort. It’s about ten min fr the airport and is one of the first resorts when you enter the hotel zone. I liked that it was away from all the noise. There is a bus stop right out front. We rode about halfway then got off bc the bus was very bumpy and makes a lot of stops. It’s only $1 so you can’t complain. There are two restaurant across from the bnb. You can’t purchase food or drinks unless it’s breakfast unless you do the all inclusive. Not a deal breaker, as the bnb has a cooler and there is a gas station across. There is a bistro and a gift shop you can buy snacks from. Over all the bnb has everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Would maybe like to stay again in a room that had a balcony.

El departamento es muy lindo y tal cual las fotos. Está ubicando en un lugar inmejorable, cerca de todo. Irene fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre estuvo atenta a que tengamos una buena estadía. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme ahí.

We completely loved & enjoyed our stay here, we were greeted by Meli's son Patricio who provided clear instructions gave us a tour of the condominium, its amenities and a tour of our condo. We will definitely be returning, the market, the bars, stores, etc were all walking distance. There's also a restaurant in the lobby area which has amazing food and service. Overall our stay was amazing!! Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant and peaceful!

We had a great stay, everything was clean and it was clear the limits on aircon use etc. (As there are 4 rooms with aircon, 3 bedrooms and the living room, it’s not possible to have aircon during the night in the bedrooms as you will go over the limit immediately). One aircon running is about 2kw per hour for those who are wondering so be aware for the hot months. Julieta was very responsive and friendly and we had a good check in and check out experience. The water pressure was not very good on the first floor but other than that there was always enough hot water for all of us and the kitchen was very well equipped with even a kettle and toaster which we really appreciated :) The community children’s playroom was a huge plus for us as well as the community pool, there are two different pools with shade at different times of the day so it was great for the kids. Also little extras like beach umbrellas and she provided more than enough towels which was great:) Def would stay again!

Al llegar el lugar muy seguro y con mucha vigilancia. El lugar muy agradable, el hospedaje súper cómodo y tranquilo. Los electrodomésticos bastante útiles. La atención de los anfitriones la califico como excelente pues siempre pendientes a dudas que surgieron. Las amenidades del condominio las logramos disfrutar sin inconvenientes. Y logramos disfrutar completamente nuestra estancia. El recorrido a parques, playas, malls, todo relativamente cerca.

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

I absolutely loved this place and it will be my go to anytime I visit Mexico.. 10/10 HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed… we took a uber for party area and it was about $10… this location is perfect.. we felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood.. The cleaning lady was super sweet .. I was running ahead of time and didn’t realize it was early check in she allowed us to drop our bags off as she finished and we were able to get our adventure started.. I greatly appreciated that.. ** be sure to tip her hard work** I didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but I did sleep outside on the deck … it was pretty cool and relaxing… thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home and I’ll see you again soon….. BOOOOOKKKKKK IT NOWWWWW

El alojamiento de Angela es magnifico, porque es una casa muy cuidada en detalles, muy limpia, realmente te sientes como en casa, la decoracion es muy agradable y te sientes muy agusto. Me fascino la ubicacion porque esta muy cerca de xcaret, xplore, y otros parques, hay centros comerciales y supers relativamente cerca. Hay alberca en el privado, es seguro. Angela esta muy al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Hermoso lugar! El host se comunicó con nosotros rápidamente para cumplir nuestras necesidades . Nos encantó , de seguro regresamos !
