Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

We had such a great time staying at casa Kefi for a friend’s birthday and bachelorette! The concierge Orlando and his team were incredible and responsive to our every need and request through the planning process and while we were there. There were a few small things that needed his attention during our stay, and they were resolved quickly. Be aware that the area is still under construction on unpaved roads, so not walkable to other things in Tulum. Suggest pre-arranging transportation through Orlando to ensure you can get to the locations you need to. The chef service was also such a great experience! The food and margaritas were some of the best we’ve had! Highly recommend Casa Kefi for your stay in Tulum. We wish we didn’t have to leave!

we had a fantastic family vaction. Gabby was responsive and easy to work with. we had some concerns when checking in and Gabby went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. we were traveling with an infant and Gabby picked up a brand new crib and highchair for our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice and the host especially helpful and responsive.

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

El departamento muy bien equipado, tanto la cocina con electrodomésticos necesarios para la comida así como la sala con Aire acondicionado y el entretenimiento de la TV. Alicia fue muy atenta y amable durante toda la estancia. Estamos muy agradecidos 🙏

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Preis Leistung Top. Mexikanische Einrichtung, uns hat es gefallen. Brauchten noch ein extra Kissen und Decke. Wurde uns schnell gebracht . Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die uns auch persönlich Empfangen haben. Von der Fähre mit Taxi ca. 10 Euro. Es fährt auch Stündlich ein Bus für 1 Euro die Fahrt. Hatten uns ein Golfcar gemietet, ein muss und Erlebnis auf Isa Mujeres. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excelente el departamento. Lo único un poco decepcionante y que no es responsiva del alojamiento, es la deficiencia de mantenimiento del cenote público, que se encuentra dentro del complejo Zama. Ojalá y se le prestará más atención y cuidado a dicho cenote!

Mi estancia, fue increíble desde que llegué nos recibieron cordialmente, el lugar está muy limpio de afuera hacia adentro, las albercas , limpias, camastros , en el departamento , esta super limpio en cuanto entramos , muy bien cuidado, la cama increible todo estaba limpio y olía a limpio todo , descanse muy bien , ya que tengo problemas lumbares esta muy bien ubicado, por fuera no edta pavimentado, pero eso es , algo que ya estaba explicado , nosotros rentamos carro y se nos fue más útil movernos , pero aun así ellos te ofrecen servicio de transporte ala playa , tuve una cena en el restaurante , fue muy linda y la comida estaba rica , sin duda regresare , si piensas quedarte , no lo pienses más, te lo recomiendo apliamemte !! gracias ..

Un lugar muy tranquilo las camas muy comodas esta muy fresco, esta muy cerca de la terminal del ADO y un Soriana, lo único es que tiene un aroma peculiar la Sala y el baño de ahí en fuera todo súper y muy amable Yoly.

The apartment is nice, big, and clean. great location, close to 5a Avenida, the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. very safe to walk at night. the host is helpful and friendly. I recommend this place.

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

My boyfriend and I were in Tulum to celebrate our 30th and 35th birthdays and also for the Afterlife and Circoloco festivals. We chose this airbnb because it’s close to Zamna venue but also to the strip, beaches, and all the other places we wanted to go to while we were in town. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful making sure we got to the house okay and had all we needed throughout the week we were there. They were kind enough to give us a ton of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which I really appreciated also. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Definitely cant wait to come back and stay with Hector and Danevat again, thank you both for everything!

fue algo muy sencillo

Lugar muy bonito y con excelente vista al mar. Ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares de comida, transporte público y el cocobongo. La habitación es muy cómoda y con todas las amenidades. Condominio tiene alberca y acceso directo a la playa Forum con camastros propios, pero sin sombrillas. La habitación tiene sombrilla de playa para uso de huéspedes.

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

Excelente lugar para pasar vacaciones en familia. En una zona muy exclusiva con construcciones modernas y con todos los servicios a la mano. Puedes ir a pie a la farmacia o a la tienda. El departamento está tal cual las fotos, muy limpio y ordenado, aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente. Súper recomendable!!!!!!

The stay was absolutely perfect. It feels private while being centrally located. It is spotless and very comfortable and convenient. Fernanda is an impressive host and always proactive and helpful with anything that is needed! I highly recommend this place.
