This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

I loved staying at Maria's place. It was close to most areas I had to go to, 10 minutes away from the airport and was a little haven in the middle of Long Beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. It had all the amenities I needed, with a tastefully decorated apartment. I definitely would stay there again!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Jelani and co-host Faith were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and understanding, always willing to accommodate our needs. Any questions we had were answered in just minutes. The property itself felt like a little resort. Beautiful pool area along with gym and other activities you can do in building, amazing ambiance! It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I will definitely be booking this place again!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is convenient, although the neighborhood does have a few homeless individuals around. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and no issues at all. Rachel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated that the unit is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the parking spot and garage entrance. The space itself was spotless, well-organized, and inviting—truly a cozy home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even my dog enjoyed relaxing by the window and patio, watching the communal green space and exploring the nearby walking paths. My only caveat is that the walls are a bit thin, which may be worth considering for light sleepers. That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be booking again.

What a fantastic beach-getaway! Richard was so fun and friendly when we checked in, and we felt right at home. The home was gorgeous and just yards away from the beach, and had a beautiful patio for relaxing in the sunshine. We hope to come back soon for another trip!

Edgar was very accommodating to our family needs. He was prompt in responding to our enquiries. Parking was definitely our biggest concern as we had multiple family members coming for the World Rugby Sevens at the Dignity Health Sports Center in Carson ;but Edgar’s place turned our perfect for our family parking needs as his place has multiple vehicle parking spaces.I am a stickler for cleanliness and Edgar’s place definitely did not disappoint. Overall my family was 10/10 satisfied at Edgar’s place.

Michael was a great host. Very responsive. Great little home and in a great central location to many places (Little Saigon, Korean district, South Coast Plaza, Main Place Mall, Irvine Spectrum, beaches) all within 30-40 minutes. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Simple and modern. Perfect for my family and I. Note that this is off a major street, Euclid St. gets busy on this street. I’m familiar with the area since I grew up close by here. Wasn’t an issue for me.

Definitely would stay again! Very clean and well appointed. I’ve rented a lot of places on the peninsula when visiting my mom at her assisted living. This was the most elegant and comfortable. The only issues I can think of were the absence of a how-to manual (we never could figure out how to use the overhead fans or perhaps they were broken) and the sound quality of the living room tv speaker is very tinny.

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. The home had everything we needed — and even more! One of the best parts was the spacious two-car garage — super convenient. Thank you for the great experience!

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

What a wonderful place to stay and what a great host! Our family fit comfortably and absolutely loved the layout and closeness to the beach. There were games and toys for the kids to play with, nothing was run down or broken, and the host very responsive, informative, and respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
