The Nissen Hut. Our glorious, unique and historical bach right on the coast with private beach right in front and walks in the surrounding coastal hill country farm. We've been running our holiday homes for over 25 years, with thousands of great guests. Our motto "we're not happy unless you're happy" so just relax and enjoy yourselves. This quirky beach side A frame that has recently been renovated is well appointed. Wonderful outdoor furniture, double BBQ, great fire, dishwasher, washing machine, and only steps from the sea. Perfect for families in the summer or a romantic getaway for a couple in the winter. The view from your bed upstairs is just a gorgeous sea ! In the summer, throw all the kids together in the one room, and parents are upstairs in their own rooms. Sorry, not suitable for under 5 because of the stairs.

On a clear night the stars are amazing. The spacious cottage with a wood burner is ideal for a single person or a couple and has no TV, so is perfect for a break away. Bungalow on the beach front with fire

Make some wonderful family memories at our renovated bach. With modern whiteware and great indoor/outdoor flow our bach makes for easy living! It's situated on the beach front in the sand dunes, only 50 meters from the shop and park, and a short walk on the beach to the north "surf club flag area". Fun walks in either direction with reefs at each end of the beach for fishing or for fossicking with the kids at low tide for interesting crabs and shellfish. Enjoy our holiday bach!

Original kiwiana beach bach - on the beach front

This is a truely very basic rustic kiwiana, two story 1960s four bedroom, beach house located on the beach front. The location is fabulous for views and being able to walk straight onto the beach! Being a traditional bach PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINEN AND TOWELS . The four bedrooms would be great for two families as there is a bathroom on both floors. The bedrooms downstairs can only be reached by outside stairs. (so not suitable for young children if adults aren't downstairs).

And......the golf club and tennis courts are only across the road, and the shop and playground a 5-minute walk away.

Location, location, location! This 70's era bach is located right in the sand dunes, with gorgeous views from the top floor. Initial entry is via the front door, and the lift takes you to the second floor. (There are no internal stairs) This is an original NZ bach and requires you to PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS THANKYOU. (I can supply if you're travelling) There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds upstairs and a queen, and 2 children's bunks downstairs.
