The house is in an amazing location, only a ten minute walk to the beach and town centre. There are small convenience shops close by and larger shops also within walking distance or driving. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had a lovely time.

The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

Phoebe and James’ flat is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The views from the flat are absolutely stunning — I couldn’t recommend it more highly! As we were packing up to leave, my son asked if we could stay in the flat forever — I think it’s fair to say he was a big fan! Phoebe and James were always super responsive and provided an incredibly helpful guide that really helped us make the most of our stay. Seriously, if you get the chance to book this place — just do it!

We had a lovely time in Llanelli. If you want to have a quick get way from the hustle and bustle, this is the right place for you to visit. 1st, Michelle’s place is perfect. Aesthetically clean and comforting. Close to everything; restaurants, costal path, beach, children’s park. We enjoyed walking a lot. The peace and quiet I cannot get enough of. I love the little terrace facing the beach, my husband and I having coffee in there and just having a quiet time listening to beach waves, birds, nature. Michelle has given us very clear and direct instructions that we did not have any problem finding the flat. We love Cattle & Co and the coffee from St Elli’s Bay. We will definitely come back. 🫶

This apartment is a real home from home and has everything anyone will need for a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of linen/towels etc. Great location with a lovely view from the lounge and it is just a 2 minute walk along the beach path to St Elli Bay, local cafe/bistro. I loved it so much I am going back again for a long weekend next month! Simon and Helen respond quickly to messages and are very helpful. I can definitely recommend this apartment :)

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. A lovely apartment in a fantastic location right near the beach, restaurants and bars. The private parking spot was a blessing and the kids loved using the pool at the campsite nearby. Naomi was a great host who gave us loads of recommendations including a curry on the cove for sunset. A great weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s lovely home!! The house is very spacious and well kept, and we instantly felt comfortable. Christopher was very responsive and helpful, and kindly put up a baby gate for our infant daughter! He and his family also left out some wooden toys our daughter could play with and lent us their high chair. The house has a great yard and is in fabulous area, very family oriented and we loved having Clyne Gardens so close! We would strongly recommend!!

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

From booking, arrival and during. Our stay at Talydon our stay was amazing we were well looked after any questions answered promptly the house is in a prime location with spectacular views from the living room and gardens. Large dining room table well equipped kitchen. Good sized iving room with smart tv so you can log into your Netflix account. Nicely decorated bedroom s with comfortable beds and good quality bed linen and quilts. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to return soon.

We had a fantastic time at Eddie’s and would love to return. It’s a beautiful, comfortable house with stunning sea views. To be able to leave the front door and have sand between your toes within seconds is really special. We won’t forget our time here. Thanks to our super helpful and friendly hosts the house was brilliantly stocked with lots of thoughtful touches often missing from other accommodation - eg towels for the beaches, a picnic mat, tin foil and bin bags…things that aren’t deal breakers but combined make such a comfortable experience. Would hugely recommend.

Highly convenient location with Mumbles to one side and the City centre to the other. The house meets our family's needs including Bertie, the dog. Pleasant back garden with easy access to all amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Hut! The views are incredible. The location is spot on. The home is perfect for holidays in the sun or cosy winter holidays by the large log burner. The local walks and amenities are right on the door step and the beach is as close as it looks in the pictures. Everything was perfect. we can't wait to come back. Thank you 😊

Great little flat with a perfect view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen -we managed to cook a roast dinner at home one night. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. Sue is fab and theres enough places to eat nearby if you want to go out.

Great flat with easy access to everything in the centre of Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach (even with a surfboard!). Free parking. Easy to find and get access to the property. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there aren't many steps and easy enough to get up there without any hassles. The flat is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, cereals and biscuits on arrival. Great communication and fantastic host will definitely be visiting again!

Great location for us. Really enjoyed the millennium walk right on our doorstep. Not far from the city centre either. Really peaceful. Ideal if you have bikes or you like an early morning run. Lots of information in the apartment for places to visit or places to eat if needed. And the locals are so friendly.

This property was absolutely lovely as to was the amazing views from the balcony! Caswell bay is stunning Pita was very helpful and text me on the day of arrival to say we could park up and enjoy the beach earlier than check in. The apartment was stunning and very clean with everything we needed plus some little extra welcome treats for us! We loved listening to the sea late at night, was so calming. Excellent location just opposite tunnels beach. Very light & airy, lovely quiet apartment block. Short walk into town, we were very happy with the location and just as described. Had everything we needed and more! Was like a home from home and a spacious apartment. Excellent value. Shirley was proactive with very clear instructions. Answered immediately as we arrived a little earlier than expected and super accommodating. You won’t be disappointed

We have stayed with this host a few times - great communication and the flat is so clean with everything you need. Central location to the seafront and all amenities. Great value and highly recommended. We always stay with this host when we stay at Aberystwyth.

Great place, right on the beach front. Can easily walk to the sea for a dip and back to the Altman! Apartment is really nice, well equipped and lovely rooms! Secure parking is a really useful addition!
