The stay was wonderful, but such a shame there isn't an effective public transport option for getting to the village. So it was useful having been forewarned that there was no designated parking space with the accommodation so to allow time to find a nearby space or go to the free car park at the top part of the village.

Amazing location for lots of walks. We did Cadair Idris, Cregennan lakes and Mawddach trail which were all really close by. Lots of choice of places to eat within a short distance. The property was really lovely inside and spotless! Definitely recommend staying here!

Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. Great stay at Michael’s place. The cottage was much more spacious than anticipated and had everything you could need. The location was perfect, a short walk to the centre of Criccieth. Communication was great, would recommend.

Just got home after 3 nights in Iwans place in Bala. This place is spotlessly clean, beautiful inside from top to bottom. The four kids loved the outdoor space for playing and they loved the hot tub too. Bala is a beautiful town with lots of options for eating out, take aways and has a couple of fresh bakery’s. Centrally located in north wales with LOTS to do for all ages around the area. We got the small steam train, went white water rafting both within minutes drive from here. Can’t recommend this place enough, we will be back thanks Iwan

What a fantastic place! Ged and Elka are incredibly thoughtful and kind hosts. We felt at home immediately. Everything is very thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well set up for cooking whatever you might like. They even keep the knives sharp! Beautiful walks from the front door. The beds are comfortable and it’s very dog friendly. They provided a blanket, dog towel, and bowls. They even had a welcome pack for us and our dog. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would!

A really lovely Airbnb. Beautifully refurbished, very well furnished, very clean, well appointed and with everything you could want for a very pleasant and relaxing break. The whole family were very happy and pleased with everything. Communication with Stuart was excellent and he was very quick and responsive to any queries. The area is really lovely and there was plenty to do to entertain the whole family. Shops, take aways and pubs very close by. We all had a really enjoyable time. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We enjoyed 3 lovely relaxing days in Sonia & Bens cottage. It was spotlessly clean, with thoughtful attention to detail, everything we needed was there. Sonia was very responsive when and allowed us a slightly later check out on our request. The hot tub and wood burner was perfect for relaxing, the area is beautiful. My parents-in-law stayed in the cottage as part of a larger family party that was staying locally. They said the house was very comfortable overall. My father-in-law particularly loved sitting in the sun room overlooking the canal and watching the world go by. The road the house is situated on is very narrow as mentioned in the listing and parking at busy times on the surrounding roads can be a challenge. The centre of Brecon is just a short stroll down the tow path and has everything you need, which is so convenient. We had a lovely stay in Brecon and thought the house was great!

We only spent a short time at Sea Breeze but it was everything we wanted. Instructions for arrival were sent early and very clear. And we got a bottle of wine to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Annex. Naomi was the perfect host, proactive and helpful. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a long, peaceful weekend. It's a short walk to the beach (althought the walk back up the hill is steep so pace yourself!). Gorgeous town and beaches, the fish and chips shop, and Chinese takeaway were both great! Plenty of lovely walks nearby too. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. The accommodation was perfect for a getaway, we loved the shower and the bed, super comfortable!!! Rosemarys place was well equipped, with all the basics it was lovely to have coffee and milk (we thought the dog treats was an amazing thoughtful touch!). Rosemary was very proactive and gave us loads of parking recommendations. We really loved our stay and would come again!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is in an excellent location with absolutely stunning views. Easy walk into the town and to the beach. The bridge across the estuary is just a few meters from the door. The apartment has everything you need, kitchen fully stocked, the furniture is all in excellent condition and the beds were very comfy. The shower was super powerful. The instructions sent by Heidi were incredibly thorough and she even checked in with us via message during our stay to make sure all was OK. I highly recommend to other travellers.

Great place to stay in Barmouth close to town with a nice walk through the park. Met some lovely people at the communal garden. Very secure parking next to property. So quite at night. Woke up to the birds singing. Comfy bed Ideal for the Park run on the front 20min walk to start. Milk,and little gifts most appreciated after a long journey. Thanks for a great stay 👍

Adrian’s property was perfect for a couple. Nights breakaway from the norm. Cosy, comfy and clean. The communication and help from Adrian was incredible. Any questions we had he answered quickly. Lots of information to help you get in the property and for around ellesmere. Would recommend !

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.
