Tan-y-Garth Hall is normally run as a yoga and study retreat by a charity, some rooms sometimes available for self catering stays: WE CAN NOT HOST CHILDREN UNDER AGE 7 OR PETS FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

Dating back to 1269, it is the earliest property in the township with the unusual distinction of having been a double water mill. Although no evidence of the mill remains, If you stop and stare for a while you may get a sense of days gone by when the water mill would have turned day and night, grinding flour for the local folk.
