We had a wonderful stay at this lovely three-storey, four-bedroom house in Plymouth over the Easter break. The property was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our group, which included several young people. Everyone felt right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the harbour and the Barbican, with beautiful views and easy access to local shops, cafes, and attractions. It made exploring the historic charm of Plymouth effortless and enjoyable. The house itself was well-equipped, comfortable, and full of character. Each room was thoughtfully presented, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was the ideal base for a memorable Easter getaway. Highly recommend!

From arriving we instantly felt at home. The place was very well equipped and a nice welcome package of scones, butter, milk, bread etc. Also plenty of tea towels, cutlery, pots and pans and although our stay was in February there was very good facilities outside like the bar BQ table and chairs plus two paddle boards and kayaks. The house was very roomy and comfortable and a great supply of kindling and logs to use. Great pubs serving good food and lovely beaches and walks. We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the future.

The cottage is in a beautiful estate near the estuary and a short walk from the centre of the village. The village has great rating places such as the London Inn,the strand cafe and the Clipper cafe. The Ness pub has lovely views over the estuary. The cottage had a garage that could fit my large suv just ,and parking in the area could be found nearby. A great base for visiting around . Paignton Zoo was especially good as well as Brixham and Cockington . The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. Thank you for a great holiday.

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb The cottage was clean comfortable and well equipped and ideal for out multi generational family Christopher and Nicola were kind and responsive hosts and they provided a wide selection of toys to the delight of my two granddaughters The garden was lovely and the two parking spaces were a real bonus We had the most perfect and relaxing time

My family and myself had a wonderful stay at Leeanne's place in Downderry, a charming beach town in the south-west coast of Cornwall. Maria, the family's housekeeper, was our main point of contact. Her hospitality and warmth made us feel right at home. She checked on us via email every few days and popped in midweek to notify us about the upcoming trash day. The house was pristinely kept and spacious enough for our crowd of 5 adults and 3 children. It was well equipped with everything from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities. The sliding glass doors lining the house offered spectacular views of the ocean. The beach was right down the street, about a minute walk. Leanne provided beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and even kayaks and paddle boards. The hot tub was a major crowd pleaser for the kids and adults alike, especially after the occasional breezy day by the beach. The kids also loved the well stocked children's library and board games. We greatly enjoyed our stay here!

An absolutely stunning property. Julie-Ann and Rich were incredibly welcoming hosts and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the breakfast goodies. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the whole property was very spacious. The linens and towels were really high quality and the beds were super comfortable. The views are incredible and it’s all very peaceful and relaxing. Being there at Christmas was very special with beautiful decorations and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly responsive and caring hosts; a very lovely stay in a very lovely home.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We came for a 4 day break over Easter. The house was extremely spacious and has everything you need (like a pool table!). Double bedrooms and three clean bathrooms meant you weren’t all on top of each other. We ate breakfast outside with a sea view. There were cafes and pubs just a walk away. The beach was a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. Plymouth town was just a short drive away too. Superb location for a little break away. Great communication between host with fast responses. Really easy self-check in. Had no issues at all, would recommend staying here. We will be back!!

I had a lovely few days here! The house is cozy as can be, the property is gorgeous, and the hosts are so nice. They make you feel very at home. I loved walking around and exploring! Definitely recommend coming with your own call. It's not easy to get a taxi!

A perfect holiday home. Attention to detail was fantastic. Kitchen fully equipped even had a cocktail shaker! Comfortable beds and sofa. Log fire was amazing! Logs supplied which was a bonus Loved the bar and pool table! Would highly recommend and return:)

Lisa was a great host, kind and helpful giving lots of tips for our stay! A beautiful home in a beautiful place! Would definitely come back and stay again!

We stayed for three nights between Xmas and New Years 2024. The cottage is very cute and a cool place to stay. Its three minutes walk from the beach and perfect for taking the dog for a morning walk. The kitchen had everything we could need and the village has an excellent tapas restaurant and pub both a short walk from the building. We used on road car parking as our car is quite large, the garage opposite would provide parking if needed in the busier months and is easily operated with the key fob provided. Kerry was on hand to help with all our questions, most of which would have been answered if we had read her clear instructions properly! Thanks very much for letting us stay!

We had 4 fantastic days staying at Kaz’s perfectly situated place in the beautiful Noss Mayo. There was something for the whole family from grandparents to small kids. Kaz was so helpful and went out of her way to make it special with helpful advise, flexibility and not to mention the yummy doughnuts on arrival, which were a lovely treat.

A beautiful cottage - the photos don’t do the lovely main room justice - it’s also a gorgeous area and perfect location (at high tide!) for paddle boarding so definitely bring one. The house itself must have been recently renovated because everything is very well done and high spec - we got the cottage as we needed to work from home all week, and were a tad worried about the Wi-Fi, but actually it’s far better than what we normally have! Clean, well arranged, etc etc. We can’t get over our trip and I can’t wait to book this place again soon!!

Just had a great few days stay, escaping our building works for some comfort. Slept so well, the bed was so comfy! Serina is a wonderful host. Would highly recommend
