Not suitable for someone with mobility issues. The facilities consist of double bed, table, microwave, kettle, toaster. Crockery and cutlery. Fridge. BBQ on the terrace for your use. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. Bedding and towels are provided. Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead through our property.

Fingle Farm

A delightful one bedroom chalet near to the picturesque village of Drewsteignton. The chalet is located within a small holding with the family home close by. The property is within close proximity to the A30 and within 16 miles of Exeter Airport. The self contained chalet comprises a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Wi-Fi. We do have a number of animals on the small holding, which are kept in a separate area. The chalet is popluar with walkers on the Two Moors Way close by.

There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee (fresh Italian coffee supplied!) and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and sunshine (when available in Devon 🙂). Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a perfect littlel kitchen area with all you need, bathroom and reliable wifi.

A fast road network only 10 mins away gives an easy journey and access to the beaches in South Devon, North Cornwall and the south west of England.

And all the hot water runs on electricity.
