Great location with everything we needed. Had the feel of rural getaway, but still close to the town for quick runs to the local stores. Also, not too far from mothman museum in WV for anyone looking to check out the local culture.

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

This cabin and space is beautiful! We ended up needing to leave one night early due to our own scheduling issues, but this cabin really felt very comfortable. Genuinely no complaints with the space, the property, or the area. Would recommend this to anyone.

We were in Athens for OU Graduation and needed an extra night and found this place. Location is about 30 min south of Athens. Out in the country and very private. If we could have gotten our money back for our Saturday reservation, I would have asked to extend our stay here.

So glad I went with this place for my stay. It was cozy and private, beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the nice weather without even having to leave, great local restaurants, and only about 45 mins from Hocking Hills

Finding a rental in Athens for graduation weekend can be difficult. We rented Woodland Ridge on airbnb. It was literally one of the best stays I have ever had in an airbnb. The first morning, the owner offered breakfast from the farm we had fresh eggs, sausage, fresh fruit & assortment of breads from local businesses. The cabinets were full of things that we could use coffee & snacks to name a few. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and any appliance that we would need to feel at home. The pictures on airbnb do not do this place justice. It is a secluded stay in the woods 20 minutes from Ohio University. The outside was wonderful with a wraparound porch and a hot tub. You definitely can also see the wildlife we saw several deer. I Even with my uncertainty of animals, this place is a must stay it is absolutely beautiful. I shared on OU parent page this place is a gem!
