Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Doppelcarport, eine kleine Wiese, sowie eine Terrasse, die im Sommer zu gemütlichen Grillabenden einlädt. Im Wohnzimmer des Hauses, haben Sie einen Fernseher und einen Kaminofen, das Bad ist mit einer Fußbodenheißung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss ist ein kleines und ein großes Schlafzimmer. Jedes davon verfügt über einen Fernseher.

Entspanne dich mit Freunden oder Familie in dieser von viel Natur umgebenen Unterkunft. Wald und See liegen ganz in der Nähe. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man zügig nach Berlin Mitte und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Ich kann selbstverständlich bei der Planung von Berlin Trips und Ausflügen beratend zur Seite stehen. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage erlaubt.
