Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Huset med alla bekvämligheter ligger på en stor och ostörd hästgård med egen brygga nära buss till Sthlm. Huset är passande för fyra personer. En person får då sova i en bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet (dörr att stänga om sig finns). Sovdelen ligger på övre plan där en vägg skiljer dubbelsängen från en enkelsäng, så det är som två sovrum. Dubbelsängen kan säras på till enkelsängar. Nybäddade sängar och handdukar. Två toaletter finns med dusch, bastu o tvättmaskin. TV-rum soffa och Apple TV.
