Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Erinvale is 3 bedroom home on 5 acres with one of the best views of Lake Somerset and only 2 minutes from Kirkleigh Boat Ramp. This is our holiday home in the country and is a perfect location for all water sports on Somerset Dam, a relaxing getaway or base for attending a wedding at one of the local wedding venues. We also welcome guests working in the area.
