This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Great place. Responsive host.

Price is just worth of it. Location a bit too far from upou.. 2 jeepneys Tricycle costs 80p direct to upou 30 if going to 7 eleven or mercury drug. Food is ok. Cheap but good. Overall, stay was pleasant. Understandable that the wifi can be iffy at times..but still can do the work.

The place was in a great location—very accessible to all the areas we wanted to visit. There were convenience stores nearby, which made everything super easy. The host, Daniel, was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The place was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

The place was very pet-friendly, which made my trip so much easier. The host was kind and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for pet owners looking for a comfortable stay!

Very accessible and nice place to stay.

Clean and quiet, close to Mauban town. Clarice was very quick to respond, and her mother was on site to answer questions and assist.  Apartment was spotless and linen smelled nice however, apartment was listed as having kitchen facilities, but there were no appliances for cooking and no cutlery. Note that you have to bring your own towels. Would recommend for anyone interested in visiting Mauban, but would like to stay away from the busy town.

My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

We booked this place 12 hours before check-in, around 12 to 12:30 am because my family all agreed to go. We arrived around 2pm which is 2 hours later than our checkin time and the place is not yet ready. They let us extend our checkout time the following day since there are no bookings after us, probably because it’s a Monday. The place is near public market and stores so you can buy anything you need. The booking was spontaneous but our stay was so good! Thank you so much po! 🤍

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

Victoria’s place was our home away from home for 3 days. The caretaker stays in the compound, so if any problem arises, it was easily addressed. Victoria was also very responsive for answering any of the questions I had. My family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend her big house and will definitely be back there to stay whenever I’m in the area.

Very nice and relaxing place. Good location in the middle of a forest. No phone signal but they have wifi for guests. Only complain was the electric power seems underpowered.
