Relaxing and Spacious 1 Bedroom

This is a one bedroom apartment in an 8-unit apartment building near downtown. This is a fully-furnished unit with wifi and a tv, but no cable. You can use your own streaming accounts while here, but make sure to sign out before you leave. We provide a window AC and fan in the summer and have in-wall heat for winter months. The building is really old, but has been refinished. The "yard" is unmanicured and is shared with all guests/tenants. The apartment itself is very comfortable.

Our basement apartment is bright with lots of windows and has a beautiful view of the Snowy Range mountains in the distance and is set in a neighborhood, but with nobody able to see into your space. It has been fully renovated and new. We’re looking forward to hosting and suggesting places to go during your stay. We are positive that you will be comfortable in our little apartment because we have tried to put into it everything for your comfort.

Built in the 1950s, this simple yet comfortable space includes a full kitchen, living area, and bedroom for up to 2 guests. Not modern, but well-kept and affordable; ideal for work stays or extended visits in Rawlins. A great budget-friendly home base with a 7-night minimum.

2 Bed/1 Bath Near Downtown

This is a comfortable, clean 2 bedroom apartment in an 8-unit building near downtown. Rawlins is NOT a nice place and definitely not a tourist destination, but if you want a comfortable place to stay on your travels you’ve found it! We do not manicure outside, so if you want a pretty yard this is not it. Most of our guests spend a lot of time in the units when they’re not working long days, so that’s where our energy is focused.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is an apartment in an 8 unit apartment. It is a lower-level apartment. It's very big and there is plenty of space for 4 guests. The building is located less than 1/2 mile from downtown and about 1 1/2 miles from Walmart and City Market. The building is very old and the exterior is unmanicured, but the apartment is very comfortable! Rawlins is not nice, but the people are very friendly and it's a very safe place.
