The Cottage

‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, tv, Roku, freeview box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.

This old stone barn was converted to a high standard in 2005 and is in a quiet rural village location with wonderful countryside for walking, fishing, cycling etc. With a high vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen and bathroom the bedroom is large enough to have 2 king size beds and a sofa bed and can sleep 5 people in comfort. The collection of classic bikes displayed on the wall will amaze and inspire. The village has a lovely pub, chip shop, Indian takeaway, lake, River Nene. Great location.

Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
