The apartment is divided into three floors, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three balconies. Staircase and elevator exist. The over hundred-year-old wooden house is part of a historically significant industrial milieu. The former workers' house is located on the shore of the lake. The distance to Turku is 8 km. I live downstairs and the two rooms for rent are upstairs. The room/rooms are only rented to one group at a time. Between them is a space with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a bathroom. Pier, boat, sauna and a summer canopy near the shore. Children have their own play area.

It has a private indoor parking , an elevator, a private bathroom, a 1.4 m double bed, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, WiFi, Netflix, etc. We provide bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, napkins, shower gel, coffee, and basic seasonings. It's located on Pääskysillankatu-a quiet forest area. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, the supermarket is 10 minutes by foot. It's 3.8 km from downtown. We also offer discounts for long stays.
