Over the 17 days we were based in this residence we were treated with warmth and sincerity by our hosts. Our stay was made all the more special by their generosity in including us in some celebrations (Republic Day) and festivals. The access to a whole floor of this modern building gave us our own space to spread out and access to the terrace on our level was helpful in giving great views over the surrounding hills and village. Using Uber (usually around 15-20 minutes from most places) to get home was easy and there was a main access road to central Ranchi nearby. This building is around 5 years old and was commissioned by the hosts. It is a secure building that tended to be locked round 10 p.m. (hosts would let us in later if required when we requested but no key to building given so arrangements had to be made in advance).

It was a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The host was highly responsive and communicated effectively throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to others. Just a small note: the kitchen is shared and located in the hall, so there may occasionally be people going in and out. However, this did not take away from the amazing stay.
