The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area.
