Very spacious house with nice private outdoor patio space and plenty of parking. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Walking distance to great local pub/restaurant and lovely level track into Picton Marina. Minutes from the ferry. Lynda was an awesome host. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we always had everything. Will come back again.

Stunning, spacious mid century house, big homely kitchen and beautiful peaceful gardens. Short walk to the park at the end of the street. Gas heater kept the home toasty during cooler nights. Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely rebook if given the opportunity.

Olivia's home is beautifully stylish with all original features, complemented with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped, and the house was immaculate. The garden and sitting areas outside are very tranquil and peaceful. Oliva is very responsive and a great host, we will definitely be back!

Carolyn’s studio was perfect for our few days in Nelson. We loved the location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nelson, with a view to the coastline. Everything we needed and more was provided - especially the outdoor BBQ which was super handy for cooking up a few dinners! A very cosy and private space. Thank you Carolyn for being such a friendly and welcoming host!

A very comfortable and clean apartment, close to Blenheim town centre. Excellent instructions and communications from the host. Highly recommended for your stay in Blenheim.

Quiet, secure. Easy access to restaurants and pub; we appreciated the laundromat a short walk away. Nice amenities in the apartment.

I’ve stayed many times in the Picton area and Wayne’s place was excellent. Great location, well appointed, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The chocolate treats in the fridge were a nice welcoming thought. Thank you for a great stay. I’ll be back when I’m next in the area.

A lovely cottage with gorgeous decor. Comfortable and everything I needed. Easy 25 minute walk to town and NMIT and 3 minutes on the bus. Very handy. I highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks so much Sally!

Incredible little unit with everything you’d need for a night or a month away, and a friendly host

I have had another wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The studio is very private and in beautiful surrounds. It is also very roomy with spacious separate kitchenette, large bathroom, with a glorious tub (and shower), and a large bedroom with sitting space, and work space. It couldn’t be more comfortable. Town with great cafes is a short walk, and one of Nelson’s best cafes is jut over the road. In the other direction it is short walk to the wonderful Maitai walking track, and Centre of New Zealand track. David is the perfect host giving you complete privacy jut easy to contact if ever you have a question. Nile st Studio is just perfect.

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

Hallo, wir hatten zwar etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber dafür kann ja diese tolle Unterkunft nichts - im Gegenteil , denn es war so gemütlich, dass wir den Regentag sehr gut in der Unterkunft verbringen konnten . Alles neu und gut durchdacht, es blieben keine Wünsche offen , wir würden die Unterkunft wieder wählen !

We had a great stay. The place was clean and spacious for the two of us. The view is beautiful looking out on the harbor. Kat was lovely and responsive.
