We walked in and the Christmas tree lights were on and Christmas music was playing. It was lovely. It's a beautiful home and very cozy. Having a bedroom and full bath downstairs makes a difference for many of us (young and older) who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the second floor. This location is nice and quiet yet close to all the essentials. I spoke with Dottie before our stay and she was very nice, helpful, and informative. Thank you again Dottie! A great stay at this lovely, cozy home—yet again! Already looking forward to returning in July. You’ll find it all here: It’s quiet, with all the amenities you need (and nothing you don’t), the pretty water views, and a location that provides access to good restaurants and the beautiful Acadia National Park.

I live nearby but had friends visiting from Germany and wanted them to have the "camp" experience. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. My friends loved it as well as being right on the lake. The place was exactly as described and we felt right at home. I'm hoping this place is available whenever we have friends visit because I would definitely book it again.

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful location, accommodating host and very responsive and flexible. The place is a hidden gem right next to the lake. It is in a very secluded setting, definitely worth it.

This place was a great location, we stayed here for a concert at Bangor Waterfront. We loved the amenities and the fire place. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. It is very peaceful and overlooks the lake. You can sit on the deck and enjoy your coffee as the sun rises. It is a great place to make your hub and then is only a short drive to many places you want to explore in Maine. It is close to Camden, Belfast and Searsport. Within an hour or so of Acadia National Park, Boothbay and Kennebunkport. This was our second time to stay and we will be back.

Very clean and easy to get in and out! Being from Sebec and knowing what those units used to look like, I was pleasantly surprised! Awesome place to stay.

I enjoyed a recent 2 night stay at Naomi’s place, and there was much to love about it! While it was definitely a hike to and from Bar Harbor, returning back to the privacy & peacefulness of this property in the evening made it absolutely worth while. Above all we greatly appreciated how clean the unit was upon arrival. The beautiful sunset views and access to kayaks to enjoy the pond were a major plus. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for, and we’d definitely stay with Naomi again next time we visit the area!

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our week long stay! The cabin is awesome and location is perfect. We spent time at Bar Harbor and Acadia. The lake is beautiful and so peaceful. John and Maria were great.

Robert’s place is amazing! If you’re looking for a place to feel at home, while away from home, then this is it! My brother & I are here for work & have stayed several different places so far we enjoyed staying with Robert so much, that we booked for another month.

Clean, Comfortable and a great view of the lake!

A delightful venue, above a general store, which sells pizza and sandwiches in evenings and breakfast sandwiches and coffee in morning. Only heads up, there wasn’t coffee nor sugar in kitchen, although kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, air fryer etc.

Great stay and one of my favorites! Will be coming back in the future!

Kurt and Jackiee were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved staying at their cozy little cottage that had great views of the nearby lake! Would recommend to others looking to stay in a more secluded area that is still a good distance from Acadia National Park.

This location is absolutely beautiful! The incredible views on this private lot are enough to make it worth it. The cottage has a modern touch, with a rustic outdoor feel. Perfect for a little family getaway. It truly is right on the lake, and has plenty to do in the surrounding towns for food and shopping. Deb is a very communicative host. Highly recommend booking with her and her family on their quaint farm!

Our family had a lovely stay at the Lupine Cottage. Such a peaceful spot. We enjoyed getting out on the water in the kayaks and sitting out in the Adirondack chairs listening to the loons and barred owls call. Nice central location for exploring Acadia and the mid coast. Thanks Kim & Stacy for the precious memories!

This place was amazing!!! The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. The house was just perfect we had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable my husband said he had no more back pain. Everything was easy to get to. To finish the lake was just so beautiful I am looking forward to stay again sometime. 10/10 best Airbnb stay every.

Amazing place, it was exactly what we needed.

The cottage was so cozy and peaceful. We loved relaxing and enjoying the view. We arrived in the dark and Kelly was very responsive when we had troubles because of that. Would definitely stay again!
