We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

We loved staying here for two nights, wish we could have stayed longer! Thankful that they had a generator for the island-wide blackout. The space is well designed and thoughtfully put together. They provided everything you would need for the beach which we appreciated. If in Rincon, would highly recommend their place!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. Magaly es una excelente anfitriona, muy atenta, servicial, tuvimos una excelente comunicación y sobre todo muy amable. El lugar es acogedor, privado, la vista espectacular y la piscina una maravilla. Fuimos a su restaurante y fue una experiencia excelente. La comida exquisita y los precios accesibles. My family and I have stayed in Haudimar several times, but this is by far our favorite apartment there. The easy access to the pool was great. Javier and Liz's apartment was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The apartment had beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, beach chairs, and pool noodles. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, like pots pans, measuring cups, cutting boards, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, etc... There were even staple spices in the cabinets as well as cofee and coffee filters which was awesome because we arrived in the middle of the night and hadn't made a supermartket run yet.The bathrooms were super clean. the towels were nice and thick, and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had its own ac unit which was nice because each person could set the temperature to their liking. The bathrooms had hand soap, hand lotion, and there was even soap and small shampoo and conditioners like in a hotel. The owners were very communicative, too.

Our stay was wonderful, it was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great, with a nice pool and beach access within a gated community. The place was clean and felt very new. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

Jennifer was quick to get back to us with whatever we needed. Convenient location with a clean pool and lovely town center.

Carmen and Paul were very responsive, especially when there was an island wide power outage. This place is just a bit south of the really popular Rincon beaches but there are some nice restaurants nearby and you're not far from an Econo, the largest supermarket in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and towels all came in super handy for our beach trips. Having multiple mini-split air conditioning units and three fans was terrific as others have pointed out. On a side note, I've been coming to Puerto Rico for many decades and we really like the people of Rincon.

Miguel was a great host, house was as described and he was very attentive. Will definitely stay there again. 100% recommend.

El lugar es super comodo, espacioso, lindo y grande. Tenia las cosas basicas, es un poco complicado llegar pero, el airbnb y los alrededores son hermosos. Los dueños eran super comunicativos, respondian rapido y nos ayudaron con todo lo que podian. Todo corrio de maravilla, mi grupo y yo 100% nos volveriamos a quedar.

Mikes place is beautiful. This was one of the most comfortable and well appointed Airbnb we had ever stayed in. This is not some corporation that manages dozens of places as this site has sadly become. This is their home that they have luckily decided to share. From the moment you step inside you can tell that the place is maintained with great pride, love and attention to detail. My wife loved the decorations and personal touches. The area has lots to do. Close to restaurants beaches and great recommendations by the host. If you are a surfer there is a ten page report on the local areas to go. Hot water is hot and the pressure was great (not common in PR). The beds was extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean thanks to Roger who maintains the place, and had anything you could ever think of. Mike communicated clearly and always answered within minutes. A perfect stay. I would definitely stay here again . Don't hesitate book it right now.

PHENOMENAL! The property is beautiful, and it was great for our family vacation. The private apartments allowed for privacy and rest for all 16 of us. Each apartment has everything you need. The pool was terrific! We did not leave the house for the first two days. The hotel bar & restaurant are just a few steps from the house, and the food was delicious. The mofongo kept us going back for more. We honestly can’t say enough about how amazing all of the staff was!! We had excellent communication with Kassandra before we arrived. She helped us coordinate a cocktail hour and anniversary dinner for 16 guests. The table was spectacular and beautifully decorated. We had an incredible sunset, and she stopped by to meet us and wish us a happy anniversary. Her family has owned the hotel for three generations, and their commitment to service is evident even before you arrive. The entire staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and made our dinner and stay memorable. This property is exceptional! You can tell it is family-owned, and they care about their guests. The staff greeted us with big smiles, and we loved talking to the team and getting to know them. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, I’m sure I’m missing a few, but a special thank you to Kassandra, Kenneth, Hector, Kaymie, and Leslie!! We will be back to Villa Cofresí & to Casa Pirata. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This house had everything and most important it has a generator. The electricity in PR is terrible and having a generator is a super plus. Sonia was reachable all the time, and also our co-host Roberto, who lives next to the house was spectacular with us. The house had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and utilities. We can definitely go back!

She was an amazing host and decorated the place so thoughtfully. She even provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, not that we needed it but it was that kind of touch that was appreciated. The pool was beautiful, I basically lived there. There’s an adorable guest book to sign. Linens were all clean, the house was spotless, well worth the price. We had trouble getting in but it was a minor misunderstanding with the key box password. There are roosters, chickens, and horses behind the house which were nice to look at. A reminder of the beautiful island life. Everything was perfect, from the gracious host to the well decorated home. Local must dos include cafelado (for coffee/ice cream lovers) and Helab (restaurant). Thank you again, it was truly an amazing stay.

Great place to stay with extended family. The private pool and patio for the building were amazing! Being close to hotel was another bonus. 1/2 mile to town so walkable. Apartment P4 has the best access to pool.
