Puget Island Riverfront GetawayThis home is on Puget Island in the Columbia River with water front property, a dock, newly developed home with hip styling, a foodie equipped kitchen. The landscaping is incredible! This spot is an idyllic island getaway overlooking a pristine section of the Columbia River, at the mouth of an inlet with a protected dock off the main river current. A great adventure basecamp for boaters, anglers, kayakers, and Jones Beach OR the kite boarding destination is at the eastern part of the island.
Island Waterfront RetreatWithin two miles of the Cathlamet city center, with the Tsuga Gallery and River Mile 38 Brewery (live music every Sat. 5-8 pm). The Puget Island Farmers Market every Friday from 3-6 pm, with live music. Some public beaches on the island and nearby is the JBH White-tailed Deer Refuge. The house is right on the water. Several nearby launches that we own for paddling. Perfect for individuals, families with well-behaved kids (remember we're right next to a tidal-influenced body of water), and pets.
Pillar Rock Cannery Escape. (Coho Cabin)The Coho Cabin, is located at the old fishing town of Pillar Rock . Each guest has an opportunity to tour the Pillar Rock Cannery, originally established in 1877. Lewis and Clark also camped here and documented they first saw the ocean. Located on the banks of the Columbia River, the cabin has absolutely fantastic views! View and enjoy a beautiful secluded sandy beach, with private access from the cabin. Upstream is a stunning view of historical Pillar Rock.
