Puerto Morelos: aluguel por temporada para famílias

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist super gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es hatte mehr als genug Tücher, Shampoo, Seife… Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Wir können das Appartment jedem empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Anna à Playa del Carmen pour clôturer notre roadtrip mexicain . Anna avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée. Elle a été super pour notre accueil, pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous proposer des activités. L’appartement est top avec sa terrasse, la cuisine est hyper bien équipée. La résidence est un oasis dans la ville. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

We had a fantastic stay at Victor’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away on a peaceful street. Victor was a thoughtful host and provided beach gear, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

La pasamos muy bien en esta propiedad, accesible en todo momento Paulina. Las instalaciones corresponden a las imágenes. La playa a mi punto de vista si llevas carro sería mejor, si está un poco retirado y el acceso es por el club de playa.

L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et bien situé dans un bel environnement calme. La ville est accessible très rapidement en voiture. La plage de la résidence est à 25 mn à pieds ou 5 mn en voiture. Les piscines de la résidence sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Omar. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour des vacances inoubliables. Merci Omar !

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Our stay at Villa Mariposa was absolutely perfect! This beautiful, spacious home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities a family needs for an enjoyable vacation (pool, hot tubs, hammocks, bikes, pool table, ping pong table, yoga equipment, etc). The kids really enjoyed the local wildlife visitations! The Villa is located in a safe, quiet gated community only 10 minutes away from Xplor, Xcaret and many other activities. There are also a couple of cute, little restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very friendly, welcoming, always available and very helpful in arranging events and transportation for our group. The daily maid staff was also very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful home again next year.

This place was perfect for our family. We cooked some simple meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Ana left us a 5 liter bottle of water to get us started which was nice. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, lotion, body wash, liquid hand soap, dish soap and a sponge. We loved having a washer and dryer, so convenient! The apartment was clean and very well located. You are surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, shopping. 2 blocks to the beach. They were doing some painting while we were there so the pool was closed for a couple of days. It was nice that we had the little pool on the rooftop. We even had a day that was a bit cold and it heated up nicely.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Nothing like arriving at some place and feeling that it was prepared to receive and welcome you warmly. That is how we felt when we get to the Kaan 204. The property is well maintained and Saúl, the concierge made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Tha staff at Quadra Aléa is kind, professional and extremely efficient. You can notice it by how well taken care of the common areas are (gardens, pools, gym, outdoors terraces), perfect! The condo is at walking distance from basically anything you might need during your stay. We definitely would look forward to staying at any unit managed by Matt.

Thank you. We all had a good time. It was a little tough to find the place but once we did we had a great time and it was a great place. We would recommend it and use your place again.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

Excelente lugar para quedarse, somos una familia grande y la casa está muy cómoda. En general todo estuvo muy bien.

This house was exactly as listed—spacious, modern, and in a fantastic location! Briana was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The rooftop was a major highlight, especially for bird lovers like me—I spotted at least 16 new birds! (Definitely bring binoculars if you're into birdwatching.) The private pool was perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and the open layout made it easy to relax and enjoy meals together. The public pool was also a good place to hang with the kids, but watch out for the monkeys trying to steal your fruit! 🍉 😊 The house is conveniently located near everything, plus an unexpected bonus—it's right next to a fun little zoo! The only small thing to note is that the photos are a bit outdated, and the furniture and house show some wear and tear. That said, it’s still a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya!

Excelente ubicación, buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión, Edson y su papá estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia cuando llegamos, la alberca está limpia. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.

Très beau petit condo, super propre, central, près de plein de bons restaurants locaux et de la zone touristique. Vraiment agréable pour un séjour d'une semaine! Je recommande.

Nos fue excelente, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de nosotros, contestaba rápido. La casa muy cómoda y sobretodo muy limpia, en orden las cosas. En una privada muy segura, guardias amables en todo momento. La recomiendo al 100%. Nos recibieron con el clima de la sala encendido para una bienvenida confortable, tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar un largo tiempo en Playa del Carmen. Tiendas de conveniencia a dos cuadras, cuenta con piscina compartida. En general excelente, por eso las 5/5.

We had a lovely two week stay in Felicitas's place. It's exactly as described in the listing and pictures, and even better in person. The place is beautifully decorated, which makes it feel more like home than a rental property. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and even includes plastic containers to store left-overs. The air-conditioners work well in the bedrooms and main living room. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The internet works well, and having a washer and dryer is very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet allowing for a good night's sleep. Our favorite part of Felicitas's place was the back-yard patio area, which is a great place to relax in the morning or evening. Lastly, we really appreciated the use of 2 bikes, which made it easy to get to all part of Puerto Morelos, including grocery stores, restaurants and the beach area. We highly recommend staying here.
