It was actually a peaceful stay. The area is captivatingly beautiful and I am sure it is a great deal to stay overnight. No corkage fee and the staff is very helpful. It is also pet friendly and the neighbors are helpful as well. Thank you, Ate Marilou.

Sean’s place did not disappoint. We’ve been searching for an easily accessible and decent pet-friendly resort with clean and stable basic living amenities within our budget, and his place in Mabini comes highly recommended. It’s primarily a diving center as most resorts in Anilao are, with mostly Korean and international guests, hence, their restaurant serves mostly Korean cuisine and limited local dishes. We are not into diving, but we are glad that he accommodated us warmly and allowed early check-in free of charge. Their staff are friendly and their restaurant serves delicious food, which may seem a bit pricey, but you’ll realize the service and generous servings are worth the cost. They also have a massage therapist on call in case you need the service. Paid parking is available at 200 pesos overnight. Our furbaby had a great time, too, meeting the resident pets and enjoying the beach with really clear water and safe slope. I appreciate how they keep the place neat and clean.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. The sea was incredibly peaceful and serene, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The view from the resort, with the beach just steps away, was absolutely stunning and made every moment feel like a vacation dream. The pool area was equally impressive-so beautiful and inviting, we spent plenty of time there soaking in the sunshine. Our room was perfect: clean, modern, and smelled fresh. It was clear that everything was well-maintained and new, providing us with the utmost comfort during our stay. The resort also provided towels, and the amenities were complete, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our visit was the pet-friendly atmosphere. We loved meeting the friendly dogs and cats around the property. It was a wonderful touch that made us feel even more at home. The staff, including the owner, Sean, were incredibly kind and accommodating.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. A true beachfront escape with a touch of lush forest vibes. Although the shoreline is rocky, you can easily plan an island-hopping adventure to the nearest sandy beach island. It's a duplex so you have two rooms. Ideal for our family of four. The water is clear, you can still enjoy swimming just ask which area has a less huge rocks, beach is ideal for snorkeling. This spot is perfect for unwinding, reconnecting with nature, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Ate Boni, the caretaker is nice and attentive to our needs.

Will surely come back again. If you want to book scuba diving, be sure to advise in advance so they can confirm if dive master is available on the date. Although they accept same day booking but they have to check first availability of DMs.

Loved Sean's place. Room was huge. There's a restaurant that serves delicious Korean and Pinoy food so guests dont have to worry about cooking. Dining by the shore is one of the things i loved about the place. my 2 Corgis had a great time strolling and swimming. Staff were very efficient and courteous. highly recommended. will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was fantastic, and Juvie was an excellent host. We appreciated their cheerful and respectful demeanor. The bathroom is clean, beds and linens are new, towels are provided. We hope to stay again! Worth every penny!

Sir Ver was very welcoming & friendly :-) he shared some good locations we could check around the area. Will surely check-in here again if we decide to go back!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place that truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment from the moment we walked in. Each room was equipped with a fully functional shower heater, which was a great comfort after a day of activities. One of the highlights was the videoke facility, which added a fun and entertaining element to our stay. There was also a common kitchen, which was well-equipped. The mess hall was another standout, being both comfortable and functional. Complimentary drinking water was also provided throughout our stay, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The caretakers A. Stella and K. Michael were attentive and kind, always available to help with any needs or queries we had. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the owner of the resort was very kind and made sure our accomodations were to our liking.

Rhe place is so clean and tidy. Actually, it is more from what I expected. Yung pictures medyo luma na pero sa personal sobrang bago pa nung place tapos sobrang linis tapos sobrang dali kausap ni ate glenda. Worth it yung stay :)

We had to be moved quickly from a place that wasn’t clean and Joannes place was just around the corner. Although she was unresponsive due to being out of the country her parents were available to help us and get settled in. The place had recently been refurbished and all 3 bathrooms were brand new. New tiles and suits. The showers were amazing. Road noise was an issue as it’s close to a main road, however don’t let this put you off. Earplugs made it easy to sleep and the noise was mainly during the day when we were mostly out. The rear bedroom was noise free. The house was well equipped but Wi-Fi wasn’t great this bothered our kids but no us as we were there to relax and see family. The only other feedback would been response time. If your not able to respond the have an alternative persons number available We loved our time here and wish Joanne all the best with her business. We would definitely use this place again.

The place has a beautiful beach front. Has good wifi we were able to work from here. Great service and staff. They have their own pets so our dog made some new friends too. ✨💯
