Excellent home to stay at. The amenities were great. We loved being able to fish off the deck. Place looked exactly like the pictures. We were able to bring our dog, which is a huge plus for us. Thank you for a great stay.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Great location right on the water facing the sun rise in the mornings and a peaceful place for an evening bevi or relax in one of the many seating areas on deck or dock. Great place, had everything you needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Gorgeous views of the Guadalupe.

I want to say this is a very comfortable, humble, and welcoming home. I felt very at ease with everything there and was completely comfortable the entire time. I could have not been happier with what we got from it. Our little family got to relax, play outside, sit by the fire the second night (Oklahoma acted like it was going to blow away Friday!) it's definitely a must stay again and the way they supply so much real household items to use is amazing as well! makes it to where you can pack light and have more room in your vehicle during vacation which is a huge plus in a family of 4! thank you and God bless you guys!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view and updated house plenty of room to spread out! 3 bathrooms a bonus. Lots of steps down to the water and lots of rules and things to do to check out but overall a wonderful place to stay!

Such a peaceful special place on the edge of beautiful Lake Whitney. Our family of 6 stayed here for a long weekend meeting some other family who was staying nearby. Perfect place to get together and enjoy breakfast before a day on the lake and then in the evening to unwind/relax. Coffee on the outdoor sitting area near the fire pit was serene and relaxing listened to the birds sing their morning songs as well as the lake glistening in the distance. The neighbors dog hung out with us and what a friendly well fed old gentleman he was. Our kids loved him and couldn’t wait to see him every morning and evening. Can’t wait to return again and make more memories enjoying such a peaceful relaxing lake side home. Thank you.

This place was amazing! Even though the weather was not great, we had a ton of fun playing games inside and just hanging out. When it got a little more sunny and less windy we were able to enjoy taking our kayak out in the lake. We also enjoyed being able to walk out on the deck and just chill. Randy was very clear with check in/check out instructions and we were appreciative of the little notes around the house (how to use the tv, instructions on the fridge, etc). Overall an awesome stay and we hope to be back in the future!

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

We stayed here for a girls trip just to get out away from the city. It was very clean, they had thought of lots of little odds and ends, for example we forgot coffee filters and they had them. I brought my service dog with me on this trip, there were many other dogs with other campers on the property that initially concerned me because I’m use to people allowing their dogs to approach with no warning but that never occurred, everyone had control of their dogs. The river is low due to their drought but there is still enough water to play in and float. One area is a little deeper. There was a grill and a fire pit, we didn’t utilize either as we brought food to cook in the kitchen, but they are present. The host’s communication was clear and it was easy to gain access.

The Lazy River cabin was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I. Pros: It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, kayaking was fun, fire pit was great, everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect- secluded, but still very close to Waco and all it has to offer. Cons: No smart TV and the dish didn’t work, the ladder to get upstairs would be difficult for older people and impossible for someone with physical limitations.

Tina is a very friendly host, the place is quiet with beautiful surroundings, a great experience and unforgettable memories with the family, just 10 minutes from the supermarket and downtown, we will definitely be back soon! 🥰

The Cottage was exactly what our family was looking for. It was peaceful, private, with a stunning lake front view. My boys loved the complimentary kayaks and wake boards. There was also a nice 3 mile trail nearby that we enjoyed. We are already planning another stay hopefully this summer.

Daniel’s home was great! Beautiful location right on the water. It was extremely peaceful and was exactly as the pictures showed. Daniel was also really nice. Even left us a few beverages in the fridge!! I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect 3 day relaxing time. Enclosed outdoor deck excellent for my 9 month old great grandson to be in walker or tent on the deck with us. The variety of streaming services for viewing a nice touch. Everything was wonderful.

Amazing cabin close to lake Texoma, driveway, and parking big enough to back a 21ft Bass Boat up to the porch. Alberta Creek launch ranch close bye. Jess and her co-host were responsive, and great. Would definitely book here on my next fishing trip to Lake Texoma

We, truly, had such a relaxing time! Waking up to the view, kayaking the lake, enjoying coffee on the patio, sitting by the fire! Gabe had the place well stocked and I appreciated that so much, even tho I did stop at 217 to get coffee! Didn’t catch any fish, but something tells me those fish are biased! lol It was such a great stay, will be coming back with the kids for a future stay!

While the house itself is small, as described, the outdoor space is the real highlight. The property is beautifully maintained and offers plenty of activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and cornhole. The deck overlooking the river is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors!

Great for kids, we had two families stay and felt like we had plenty of space. The kids loved the cowboy pool and play area! Took a kayak out one of the days to Jessica Hollis park. Beautiful home! Thank you for sharing.

First of all, in the full extension of the word, a nice place to spend it with family or friends and create beautiful memories, Tresa is a nice person, she helped us a lot to make our stay pleasant, Tresa is a person who shows a lot of interest in making one feel very good and comfortable, we just loved it and we will return soon, thank you for everything 🙏🏽🏕️❤️
