Had a fabulous weekend. Went for the Cattle Country music festival, great place to come home to - full moon! Super private and so comfortable

Jenn treated us as when we arrived . Carmel apple cobbler was so delicious. We had crazy weather. High winds, then snow, power outages and then beautiful our last day. Jenn stayed in touch with us the whole time and responded quickly when we needed something. She told us to completely disregard the check out times and said we should sleep in and enjoy our family time. We were able to feed the animals the last day we were there. Even with the crazy weather, this would still have to be our most favorite place. This will definitely be our #1 choice! Thank you Jenn and John!!

very unique guest house that is beautifully decorated and all modern amenities. I love the mix of old and new -- it was so comfy! Reading the news articles of the dairy and other framed memorabilia -- it was like a time capsule and very interesting. This place has great history and was great to see it preserved so well. Highly recommend!

A nice little place for a quick 1 night stay. The beds were VERY soft and comfortable! It was a bit odd that the bathroom didn't have a sink, but there was a sink available outside the bathroom door right there in the kitchen area. This place suited our needs and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

This Airbnb was hands down the most peaceful and grounding part of my Texas trip. Nestled in the Hill Country just outside of Austin, the stay offered everything I needed after dealing with the heavy traffic and chaos of cities like Dallas and San Antonio. The location is remote but not too far out — perfect balance of nature and access. It felt like I could finally breathe. The property is located at the end of a long, gated driveway surrounded by trees and rolling terrain, giving off major retreat vibes. The sense of privacy was unmatched. I stayed solo and it felt safe, quiet, and healing — a perfect environment for reflection and reset. Inside, the space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. It had a real cabin-in-the-country feel, but with the modern essentials — a full kitchen, washer and dryer, strong Wi-Fi, and a clean queen-sized bed. I especially appreciated the large porch with chairs, where I spent mornings and evenings soaking up the sun and decompressing.

This was our 2nd stay, it was like walking in where you were expected. Gardan shared so much info about the history of the Guest house and future plans at the property. We will be back for a 3rd trip & more, so relaxing, comfortable. The porch is the best with rocking chairs. Coffee on the morning is perfect, country side view. Rocky & Hank are great assets to the property. Location is easy access to various locations of Hill Country. As I said we will be back :) Thank you, Will, Gardan & Cindy

I cannot say enough about Marty’s cottage. It was the perfect place for my Granny and I to stay during our visit to my cousins ranch for our annual Easter family get together. We have such a huge family, my cousin cannot accommodate everyone on the ranch (almost 150 people!) So Granny and I stayed a few miles up the road at Marty’s place. It was so nice being so close. I was able to go back and forth and escape the craziness if we got tired. Marty’s cottage is so peaceful, we had the best nights sleep ready for a full day of family shenanigans again each morning. I already told Marty Granny and I will stay again next year and I already told my family about her place for future visits and its close proximity to everything in Shiner/Yokum area. Shiner brewery is very close, the location can’t be beat. Marty and her husband were amazing hosts, thank you for the cookies and goats milk, we used all of it and enjoyed it in our coffee each morning. We felt so spoiled. We will be back soon!!

Ms. Celeste was incredibly welcoming and made our family, including young children, feel right at home. The guest house was spacious, spotless, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed The 27-acre property felt like an oasis-perfectly yet conveniently on HWY 107 for easy access to stores. The outdoor area was a highlight, featuring beautiful pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, beach towels, and a dinning space with grill, mini fridge, and ice maker. Our kids loved exploring the birdcage with exotic birds, feeding the donkeys, and riding around the golf cart provided. The large paved track was perfect for morning strolls. This stay exceeded our expectations, offering both relaxation and adventure. We made unforgettable memories and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay, and our hosts were amazing in every way, would recommend this airbnb to anyone. Great people to stay with, so accommodating and just make you feel right at home, we had a short stay but will definitely be back in the future for extended stays. God Bless!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful place! I cannot wait to stay again. The hosts were amazing and attentive to every need. This location is out of the city and you truly have the peace and quiet of the country. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This was our second stay and it was just as great as we remembered. Lots to do on property. Watching all of the animals on our patio was a plus. Very close to all Fredricksburg has to offer. Everyone is so friendly and working to make sure this property stays beautiful. Cozy home on a great piece of land. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Jane’s place aka The Bunkhouse is the PERFECT stay. Her place looks exactly like the pictures provided with clear instructions on how to get there. It was very cozy and peaceful. She even left me towels fragrant free since she knew that I’m sensitive to different detergents. Being that I was coming from across the country I needed to be able to get to the airport and Jane had told me she would be able to bring me. I had some flight issues and Jane dropped what she was doing to help me get to the airport at a different time than originally planned. Not only did she come pick me up, she came into the airport with me, and she stayed with me until my flight situation was resolved and she knew I’d make it home safely. She went above and beyond for me. She is a genuine person and I’m so grateful I chose her place to stay at and got the chance to know her. I feel fortunate to have found her place. I HIGHLY recommend a nice quiet and peaceful stay at the bunkhouse when coming to the Roswell

We loved staying here. The animals were amazing! Be sure to utilize the golf cart and explore all of the Ranch. We also loved sitting around the fire each night. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property.

We LOVED our stay! It’s very peaceful and we had so much fun feeding the animals. Our dogs loved the trails. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere despite being 20 minutes from HEB. The cabin itself is gorgeous. It’s very clean and the walls are 80% windows, so it felt like a perfect little bubble in the middle of nature. It’s far enough from the main house that we had total privacy- we never even saw the owners.

We rented this for judge's for our dog show. They all loved the place. We will definitely be back again.

Gayle is always a great host and the home is as beautiful as ever. The vibe and peaceful area is the perfect weekend stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Springtown! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the entire stay very comfortable. The peacefulness of the area was an added bonus — it’s a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The host was also very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and cozy getaway. Would definitely stay again!

So much fun and so much to see! We had an amazing time. All the wildlife were friendly! Thank you for the incredible spaces. Very well thought out from the furnishings to the layout.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Annette's place. It was a short drive to Austin, many hikes, and great food options. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants some peace and quiet outside of Austin with the added bonus of visiting with all of the animals on the farm. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Austin area.

Such a peaceful space with the friendliest cows EVER! :) Beautiful setting - and such a great step-away from the big city... with only sounds of mother nature. I spent a peaceful afternoon on the patio and cherished visits from beautiful cardinals, hummingbirds, and countless other beauties. The cabin is pristine, not a bug in sight, which is hard to pull off in the country, the strong scent of mothballs may be keeping them at bay. I enjoyed this place so much and was not ready to leave.

Cute farm house. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the cooking utensils, pots and pans needed for making breakfast. We fed the horses and our dogs enjoyed running around and exploring the grounds. Stephen was very responsive and came by to say hi to us as we arrived from running an errand. Cute, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if its available when I return to the area

Amazingly helpful. We were in Lagrange for MS 150 ride. Out hosts went way way beyond to help us with the MS 150 ride. We appreciated their hospitality and hope we might be able to reciprocate one day!
