Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Please only book consecutive stays during June, July, and August! The day of departure is also the day of arrival. Please note that only one dog is allowed and may stay free of charge. The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to the landlord. Thank you.

beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Klassik Hausboot

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Zingsthus: Cosy & close to the beach

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Zwei Wohnungen sind barrierefrei gestaltet, und zwei weitere lassen sich auf Wunsch miteinander verbinden. Genießen Sie die ruhige Lage, die Nähe zur Boddenlandschaft und die Anbindung an die traumhaften Strände des Darß.

Grosses Haus direkt am Wasser

Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr großen Garten mit direkten Zugang zum Bodden über einen privaten Steg. Die am Haus befindliche, große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln (Ausnahme im Mai). Auf dem grossen Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus.

Unter unserem Reetdach haben Sie den Bodden im Blick – die 70 qm große Wohnung teilt sich in zwei Schlafzimmer und einen sehr großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich auf. Hinzu kommt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und kuschliger Eckbadewanne. Im Wohnbereich mit Sofas und Sessel sorgt der Kamin in stürmischen Zeiten für wohlige Wärme. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zu geselligen Kochabenden ein.

Ferienwohnung Windflüchter Bresewitz

Unsere schöne, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im 1. OG mit Blick auf den Nationalpark Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft liegt im ruhigen Ort Bresewitz, nur 4 km vom Strand in Zingst entfernt. Über unseren Süd-West Balkon ziehen die Kraniche im Herbst und im Frühjahr. Unsere Gäste haben 2 PKW Stellplätze, einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller, 5 min zum Eisladen und die Natur direkt vor der Tür.

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.
