Splendide! Nous entrons dans une allée de jasmin blanc et hortensias de toute les couleurs, des agrumes pour arriver à l’entrée de la maison. Vous pouvez stationner devant pour décharger la voiture. Des places gratuites sont plus hautes dans la rue. La maison est parfaite et très fonctionnelle. À l’intérieur tout est moderne et l’équipement y est plus que complet. Nous sommes reçues mieux que par de la famille c’est rare en air bnb. Je n’ai jamais eu d’accueil pareil en hôtel en famille en location. C’était fabuleux. La terrasse est à coupé le souffle! c’est grandiose. proche de tout les commerces nécessaires. Un accueil magique un accès direct au lac. Un jardin clos avec piscine. Ma chienne a passé son séjour dans l’eau. Pour les voyageurs ayant des hésitations par rapport à leurs animaux, l’Italie est l’amie des chien! et La propriétaire de la maison a eu mille attention pour mon chien et pour nous!! Nous recommandons cette maison qui nous a permis de découvrir Côme! U

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Tana del Lupo ist perfekt für einen Urlaub draußen. Auf mehreren Ebenen lässt es sich bei spektakulärer Aussicht schön in den Tag leben, ergänzt durch den wahnsinns Wellnessbereich und die perfekte abgelegene Lage - ein Traum. Innen ist das Haus eher praktisch eingerichtet, dennoch mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Raum ist nach oben offen, was keinen unterschiedlichen Schlafzeiten zulässt und der nächtliche Toilettengang durch die kalte Nacht ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die 30 Minuten Auffahrt über enge italienische Bergstraßen ist nicht ganz einfach. Aber die Aussicht allemal wert. Wir sind nur einmal runter, um neue Pellets zu besorgen. Im April brauch man gut 2-3 Säcke zum Heizen. Ansonsten wären wir einfach hier oben geblieben. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege von hier aus. Dario war bei jeder Frage schnell per handy erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Mauro is a warm and friendly man and a great host. He took time to meet us and help with luggage which we appreciated very much. At the house he showed us about and made sure we were feeling at home before he left. The house and the views are incredible and we didn't want to leave. Mauro kindly helped us with our suitcases when we left as well. It felt like staying at the house of a friend and we enjoyed it very much.

This apartment was a wonderful choice for our four week stay on Lake Como. Plenty of room with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. I think we hit the jackpot with Bellano, it is a lovely, walkable and very friendly town. The location is close to everything you need; train station, ferry, grocery stores, markets and restaurants. The views from the apartment are amazing with the mountains the focal point! Very close to the waterfront walk that we took most every day with the most spectacular views of the lake and even the Alps! Antonella and Donatello are super responsive and helpful hosts. We even had an unexpected “wear and tear” issue in the bathroom. They responded immediately and the issue was taken care of the same day!! We loved this stay and recommend it 110%!

Die Unterkunft von Dario ist einzigartig und sehr schön aber etwas eng für 5-6 Personen und sehr hellhörig aber trotzdem sehr kuschelig und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Lage ist super, aber ohne Auto kommst du nicht einfach an andere Orte und bist weniger flexibel, aber die Aussicht ist atemberaubend.

Es war alles super, wir haben uns trotz etwas Regen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in der Wohnung mit Sauna & Dampfpad genießen.

Staying at Michela’s place was something I had never experienced quite like this before. Michela is incredibly kind and thoughtful – both the booking process and the stay itself were accompanied in such a positive and lovely way. When we arrived, there was food waiting for us due to it being a public holiday. She even provided a bottle of wine as a gift. Michela explained everything thoroughly and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy an uncomplicated stay. She communicates very quickly and always has an answer. She provides taxis and offered 24/7 support in case anything came up. The house is not done justice by the pictures. The Italian charm, the view, the architecture – it’s absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve seen before. We even suggested updating the pictures, as people might otherwise miss out on this incredibly rare find. De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado, la casa es más hermosa de lo que pareces es extraordinaria, las vistas son inolvidables, tienes que visitar este lugar, pasarás días increíbles. La casa es sumamente cómoda, muy amplia, la. O una es maravillosa, los baños son grandes y cómodos. La limpieza estaba muy estupenda. Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien. Ruhige Gegend und ein toller Garten mit Pool. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Unkompliziertes check in und check out! Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Francos house was perfect for 11 people! It’s very big, there are enough rooms and beds for everyone (more than on the pictures he attached on here, so no worries, everyone will have a bed!). The location is unbeatable, you just cross the street and are already at Lake Como. The house had enough space for our five cars and was all in all very clean. Communication with Franco could have been a bit faster. But after switching to Whats App the communication went very well. Franco is a nice host!

La estancia en la casa de Perledo ha sido excelente, ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca del lago Como, de principales rutas turísticas y de lugares gastronómicos. La casa es preciosa, espaciosa, limpia, muy cómoda y con unas vistas inmejorables. La comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido muy buena. Han estado siempre disponibles y han dado recomendaciones muy pertinentes. Recomendaría esta casa al 100%. Ojalá podamos volver a visitarla también en verano.

Hemos pasado una semana increíble en la casa con nuestra familia!! Super recomendable para disfrutar, relajarse y hacer un montón de actividades. La comunicación con Robin fue perfecta y estuvo muy atento con nosotros. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

This villa was very special. I highly recommend staying here. It’s even better than the pictures, which almost never happens. It was so peaceful here. The outdoor area was beautiful and we loved using the hot tub every day. Everything was super clean and we all had plenty of room and privacy since it’s 2 separate living areas. The hosts were super sweet and helpful. Also, the restaurant next door is absolutely delicious. Seriously, book a vacay here! You’ll love it!

This was our first visit to Lake Como. We are delighted to have chosen Perla Del Lago for our stay. The views of the lake and moubtains from the villa are amazing. There are lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Romina kindly provided a list of recommended restaurants, all of which were excellent. The villa is large and immaculate. The pool and garden are well maintained and we enjoyed shady spots to relax. Highly recommended.

Ho trascorso un fine settimana meraviglioso nello chalet di Martino a Vezza d’Oglio insieme ai miei amici, e l’esperienza è stata oltre le aspettative! La casa è accogliente, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La sauna esterna e la vasca idromassaggio sono un vero punto di forza. Potersi rilassare in un’atmosfera così esclusiva è stato un vero lusso. Un’esperienza rigenerante che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Martino è un host eccellente: disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a far sentire gli ospiti i benvenuti sin dal primo momento. Se cercate un luogo immerso nella natura, con servizi di alto livello e un’atmosfera rilassante, questo chalet è la scelta perfetta.

Rundum ein super Airbnb und ein super Gastgeber! Sehr gut hat uns gefallen dass Nicola beim ein und aus checken super flexibel war und er nicht vor Ort sein musste. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants und sightseeing waren ebenfalls sehr gut ausgewählt! Wenn wir fragen hatten, wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet . Die Location war genau so wie sie auf den Bildern beschrieben war , ein wundervoller Ausblick mit einer Hütte in privater und gemütlicher Lage ! Gerne wieder!

Deze accomodatie is geweldig. Je kan hier echt tot rust komen en genieten van het geweldige uitzicht en van de sauna/hottub. Uiteraard geen overdreven luxe in deze accommodatie maar dat heeft wel z’n charme. Silvia was een geweldige host. Ze reageerde snel en we hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van haar tips. Naast dat ze heerlijke honing voor ons regelde van een lokale imker kregen we ook nog een paar heerlijke pizza’s 👍. Deze accommodatie en host zijn zeker aan te raden.

Wir wollten eine traumhafte Aussicht und wir haben sie bekommen. Aus allen Zimmern, vom Balkon und aus dem Whirlpool blickt man auf die Berge und den Comer See. Die Sonne steht im April morgens ab 10.00 Uhr auf der Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool und der Sonnenuntergang ist direkt gegenüber zwischen den Bergen - besser geht es nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war schnell und sehr nett. Auch die Beschreibungen, die man vorher bekommt, sind sehr hilfreich, da die Auffahrt bereits ein Abenteuer ist. ;-) Angekommen gibt man den Code ein, bekommt den Schlüssel und parkt sein Auto in der Garage. Sobald man durch das Tor die obere Etage erreicht hat, beginnt der WOW-Effekt und der Urlaub. Alles Weitere ist anhand der Ordner, die mit Bedienungsanleitungen, Restaurant-, Taxi- und Ausflugsempfehlungen zur Verfügung stehen, dann völlig relaxt. Genaus das, was wir wollten. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir zum Glück noch 2 Tage verlängern konnten.

Abbiamo speso 12 magici giorni al tablà. Esperienza unica. La baita è un sogno per chiunque cerchi quel sapore montano che solo le Alpi regalano. La struttura è comoda, pulita ed eccezionalmente accessoriata. Posizione e vista sono a dir poco mozzafiato. Il check in è accurato e durante l’intero soggiorno l’host è stato disponibile con suggerimenti utili. Al tabla’ di nonna Costanza ci si sente come a casa, se casa fosse in una delle valli più belle delle Alpi.

Bella baita in area tranquilla, dotata di tutto quello che serve, ristrutturata di recente anche in ottica di efficienza energetica. Curata e accogliente, tutta di legno dentro. Le camere al piano di sotto rendono la vita facile se avete bimbi. Peccato solo che andare agli impianti a piedi sia un po' troppo lunga, ma son 3 minuti in macchina. Consigliata!
