Die Lage ist einzigartig und da wir auch Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir das Meer fast allein genießen! Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst war für drei Personen in Ordnung, einiges könnte sicher erneuert werden. Auch das Gelände um das Haus hatte seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wir hatten aber eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem herrlichen Ort und kommen definitv noch einmal hierher!

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

alloggio nuovissimo e completo di tutto in una zona tranquillissima a poca distanza dal centro. anche l'esterno della casa è curato ed ha il posto macchina esclusivo. vista magnifica sia dall'interno che dalla veranda. camere spaziose e pulite la cucina è completa di tutto quello che può servire. lo consigliamo!!!!

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Vincenzo ist super nett! Seine Wohnung hebt sich von der Standard Einrichtung angenehm ab, der Surf- Style hat uns gut gefallen. Das niedrige Zimmer für Kinder ist toll und der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon genial. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine chez Mario. Le logement est impeccable et tout confort dans un environnement calme et avec un beau jardin avec accès direct à la mer. Mario a communiquer avec nous tout au long de notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Il nous a guidé avant notre voyage et nous a adressé nombre de bonne adresse que ce soit pratique ou touristique. Mario est très attentionné avec ses hôtes, et de petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, boissons ,petit déjeuné…). Nous recommandons vivement Mario pour votre séjour en Sardaigne, vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le logement ni par Mario.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

prachtige woning met erg mooie en ruime tuin en groot zwembad. extra leuk is ook tafeltennis, poolbiljart en tafelvoetbal zodat ook oudere kinderen meer dan genoeg te doen hebben. in nabijheid van mooie stranden en Cagliari wat maakt dat je veel dingen kan doen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Ariana war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Vielen Dank.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und alles ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und der Ausblick in die Berge ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Gastgeber sind schnell zu erreichen, sehr hilfsbereit und haben sogar für uns eingekauft. Vieles ist in der Unterkunft vorhanden, sogar Sonnenschirme, Waschmaschine, Kindersitz, Kinderbett, Decken,… Die Gärtner waren öfter da und haben sich um den Pool und Garten gekümmert. Sie waren dabei nett und haben kaum gestört. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Appartement très agréable. Vue panoramique sur la baie. Place de parking gratuite réservée devant le logement. Belle décoration sur le thème maritime literie confortable, cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. salon avec vue sur la mer. Jacuzzi à bonne température et très confortable la plage est à 5 min à pieds et les restaurants à 10 min à pieds Borne de recharge électrique pour voiture à 10 min à pieds. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Nicola war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihm absolut problemlos. Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer ist herausragend. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos.

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Leandro est un hôte exceptionnel. Il nous a attendu malgré notre retard. Il nous a indiqué comment tout fonctionnait dans la maison. Un panier d'accueil nous attendait avec des produits locaux. Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour relaxer dans la paix et la beauté des lieux. Le centre-ville est à 15 minutes en voiture. Je recommande cette location sans réserves.

The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza in famiglia; ci siamo da subito sentiti a casa. Stephan, il figlio di Pierre-Michel, è un host gentilissimo, molto simpatico, e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Sempre raggiungibile, quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni e consigli, ha sempre risposto nell'immediato. Grazie a lui, abbiamo potuto trovare spiagge e ristoranti in zona. La villa è bellissima, in una zona calma di Porto Pino; offre un ampio spazio esterno, con tre BBQ; un patio di cui abbiamo usufruito ogni giorno, poiché è estremamente ben arredato e consente ci mangiare fuori. La casa è estremamente organizzata, con una cucina in cui c'era TUTTO ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno. Le camere fresche e spaziose, con zanzariere e aria condizionata (non usata perché si stava bene anche senza). Due bagni con docce; lavatrice, asciugacapelli. L'alloggio e il vasto spazio esterno sono adattissimi ai bambini. Che dire, siamo partiti davvero a malincuore. Grazie Pierre-Michel e Stefan!
