Elena a Giampietro, i proprietari, sono persone squisite, amichevoli, sorridenti, simpatiche ed estremamente disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Azzardo a dire che sono i migliori host mai conosciuti, per nulla invasivi e con un’attenzione alla casa come poche volte mi è capitato di vedere! 110 e lode!!

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la vacanza nei "salici" ottima posizione, alloggi puliti e accoglienti, servizio bici gratuito e piscina. Soprattutto molta disponibilità e cortesia. Grazie Gianpaolo

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Bagno di Gavorrano. Alles zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar, Lebensmittelläden, Restaurant, Eis usw. Zu den Stränden nach Follonica, Scalino mit dem Auto ca. 15 min. Die Umgebung bietet viel was man unternehmen kann. Alberto war ein sehr guter und netter Gastgeber, wir wurden beim Haus mit Erstausstattung in Empfang genommen, frisches Gemüse und Obst z.B. und vieles mehr. Alberto war immer gut erreichbar wenn wir fragen hatten und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die tolle Unterkunft gewesen, sie enthält alles was man benötigt und ist gut ausgestattet, wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl und hatten dadurch einen sehr schönen angenehmen Urlaub. Danke nochmal für alles...

Siamo state una settimana a Porto Ercole, meglio non potevamo trovare, signora Maria sempre disponibile e piena di buoni consigli per visitare tutto il bello della zona. Da consigliare a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla a Porto Ercole.

Nettes Reihenhaus in einer ruhigen Seitengasse von Principina. Das Haus war sauber, nur die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ist das Haus vor allem im unteren Bereich trotzdem ausreichend kühl. In den beiden Schlafzimmern kann es recht war werden, aber es gibt Ventilatoren, die Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, man kann daher problemlos lüften. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und danken wir Virgilio für seine gute Betreuung.

La casa di Umberto è perfetta per una famiglia. Grande, spaziosa e vicinissima al mare. Noi abbiamo fatto anche tanti giri in bicicletta partendo direttamente da principina. Umberto è stato gentilissimo! Super consigliato

Sehr schöne ruhige kleine Anlage. Ca 10 Reihenhäuser, Pool und tolle Ausstattung. Etwas viele Mücken dafür aber sehr Naturnahe. Sehr schöne Anlage als Ausgangspunkt zur Maremma Wanderung (30 min) ...Strand mit Auto 5 min. Schöne Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

One of the best places we have stayed. Maria Cristina was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Amazing view over the bay of Porto Ercole, spacious and clean apartment with all facilities (even things we were not expecting such as toothbrushes). Maria Cristina gave us many useful tips on restaurants, beaches, places to go. Free parking place highly appreciated. Hope to be back! Thanks again Maria Cristina.

Wow... where should we start? Our hosts were so very thoughtful and took great care to make sure our stay was so so comfortable. We were greeted by our hosts and presented with fresh eggs, milk and bread. They gave us the grand tour and made sure we felt right at home. This apartment had ALL the amenities and was so spacious and cozy. So much thought and care went into the layout and amenities. Our hosts had a great guest handbook and gave excellent recommendations. They also kept us supplied with coffee which was such a kind gesture. We all loved spending time in our beautiful Airbnb. Time spent in the heated pool was such a relaxing treat. We also LOVED the hike right from the house through the woods to Sorano. The ancient caves and nature walk was such a great experience! This quiant town was very quiet and beautiful. We loved all of the day trip opportunities from here. By far our favorite stay in Italy so far. Grazi mille to Andrea and Charlyn!!

Proprietario: super disponibile in pochi minuti o anche secondi. Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

We returned to Tania's place for Christmas again this year because our children really loved the location of this small town, high in the hills, the cozy house and bedrooms. We celebrated Christmas Eve by going to nearby Massa Marittima 13 km away with lots of choices of restaurants, a pretty town to visit and the kids enjoyed skating in its ice rink. There are lots of other places to discover Volterra, Siena, Grosseto, just to name a few. Thank you Tania and Tiziana for making our stay special again!

Casa molto suggestiva con un terrazzino che affaccia sul mare e ti fa godere di un tramonto indimenticabile ma sopratutto speciale. La casa è molto spaziosa e piena di ogni comfort, cucina open space con vista sul mare. La zona è super tranquilla e immersa nella natura splendida di cala piccola.

Casa accogliente e comoda logisticamente, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari, molto utili le biciclette messe a disposizione, parcheggio davanti a casa. Ambiente pulito, nessuna nota negativa.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse i Filippos stora och fina radhus som ligger i ett lugnt område. Vi spenderade 11 nätter i september här med vår 1,5 år gamla son. Vi tyckte om att kunna äta våra måltider på uteplatsen och ha tillgång till både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin under vår vistelse. Vi fick även låna en barnstol. Boendet har bra köksutrustning, sköna sängar och två fräscha moderna badrum. Det tar cirka 5 minuter att promenera till stranden och lika länge till en liten matbutik samt cirka 20-25 minuter in till centrum. Filippo var svarade alltid snabbt och hjälpsamt på våra frågor på mejl.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist gut. Es ist ruhig und in nicht mal 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, die Haltestelle der Fähre und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Christina antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr freundlich.

È la prima volta che utilizziamo Airbnb e siamo pienamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'appartamento è un vero gioiellino dotato di tutti i confort per poter trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Per noi, fiore all'occhiello è stata la doccia fuori spaziosa e comodissima per cui non abbiamo mai utilizzato quella del bagno interno. Perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone. La spiaggia libera è pulita contornata da un mare cristallino raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Oltretutto piscina e campo da tennis da poter utilizzare ogni qual volta si vuole. Francesca e Chiara, le host, sono state da subito disponibili e gentili rispondendo immediatamente a tutte le nostre domande e/o dubbi. Vivamente consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde e nelle meravigliose acque di Roccamare.
