Loredana's home is a dream come true. From the breathtaking view of the lake, to the location near a waterfall, to every love-filled detail in the house, to the impeccable amenities, we couldn't have hoped for anything better for our stay in Nesso. As a bonus, we were able to have a lovely flambée in the fireplace when it rained for 4 days, it was magical. I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a stay full of calm and bliss.

The most beautiful place🫶🏼 Arrived home after the most beautiful 3 night stay in Radus home and wow is all we could say! The view is really something else and the photos do not do it justice. Radu was extremely responsive to all my enquiry’s leading up to & during our stay and also sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and visit. After reading a few reviews about the walk from menaggio to the villa we can clarify you most definitely need a car if you don’t want cpr at the top🤣 Transport usually stops around 5/6pm for the buses, taxis and we found even ferry’s meaning it was a lot walking back to the villa especially after eating. In the day there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away making it super easy to get up and down. The accommodation itself was superb and was very well equipped, even with refreshments on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall our stay was more than we could of imagined and would stay again…with a car this time🤣

It was our second time here. We are extremely satisfied and would love to come again. It’s a beautiful stone house. Two year ago we stay on the lower flat and this year on the upper flat the view is breathtaking and the host is as good as it gets. The restaurant near by, Trattoria Del Fagiano have delicious food at great prices.

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

Quant and quiet

I had an amazing time at this place! The huge natural-style garden is a true paradise for nature lovers, and although my visit was at the beginning of fall, there was still a big variety of produce I was invited to pick from it - including some tasty plants I didn't even know before :) I had originally planned to explore much more of the local area, but I just felt so at home and relaxed in cottage & garden that I actually spent most of my time there. Emiliano and his girlfriend are super nice people and amazing hosts: Kind and helpful in every regard, and great to share a glass of wine with. They succeeded in making me feel right at home. I'll visit again for sure!

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole, accolti con gentilezza, professionalità e un’attenzione autentica ai dettagli. Ogni ambiente riflette cura e passione, rendendo l’esperienza calda e memorabile. Un luogo che consigliamo a chi cerca comfort, serenità e un’ospitalità che lascia davvero il segno.

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

We had a great time. Massimiliano was very helpful and the father of the owner was a wonderful person. He gave us restaurant recommendations, was open to show us the surroundings, and had even offered himself to drive us to the market in the center and show us local shops. The apartment was beautiful, in a peaceful surrounding, and not far from Como center. You can easily use onpy local transportation to get around. So no need for driving. We are happy we found such nice people and good place. We recommend 100% .

Wir haben Anfang April vier wunderbare Tage zu zweit in diesem charmanten Apartment direkt am Hafen von Sala Comacina verbracht. Die Anreise mit dem Auto verlief problemlos – eine sichere, abschließbare Garage steht nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt zur Verfügung. Dort wurden wir herzlich von Anna empfangen und direkt zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besteht aus einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer sowie einer Wohnküche im oberen Stockwerk, die über eine etwas steile Treppe erreichbar ist. Das Highlight ist zweifellos der Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick über den Comer See – hier lässt sich der Tag perfekt beginnen oder ausklingen. Sala Comacina ist ein ruhiger, malerischer Ort – ideal für alle, die dem Trubel der touristischen Hotspots entgehen möchten. Direkt vom Ort aus lassen sich herrliche Wanderungen auf dem Greenway del Lago di Como unternehmen. Außerdem sind Ausflüge mit Bus oder Boot nach Como sowie zur beeindruckenden Villa del Balbianell

sono stato con la mia famiglia e un cagnolino nel weekend di Pasqua: tutto ok, ci ha accolti il papà di Francesca che ci aspettava al parcheggio (tanto posto a fine aprile, gratuito) e ci ha fatto vedere l'appartamento. c'è un piano "terra" (dopo alcuni scalini) con una prima stanza con letto matrimoniale, poi un primo piano con salotto, divanetto, e cucina (c'era tutto, dal frigo ai piatti/posate, forno a microonde) e poi un secondo piano con 2 camere da letto (una con letto a castello e una con letto matrimoniale) e il bagno con box doccia. abbiamo apprezzato molto l'acqua/birra e merende per prima colazione che ci aveva lasciato Francesca, così come il bigliettino di benvenuto. La posizione è a San Giovanni, circa 2km da Bellagio (si può arrivare a Bellagio tramite Villa Melzi, 10€ l'ingresso, oppure tramite la strada principale): subito sotto l'appartamento c'è il bar Nenè in cui noi abbiamo preso dei panini d'asporto. De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado, la casa es más hermosa de lo que pareces es extraordinaria, las vistas son inolvidables, tienes que visitar este lugar, pasarás días increíbles. La casa es sumamente cómoda, muy amplia, la. O una es maravillosa, los baños son grandes y cómodos. La limpieza estaba muy estupenda. We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. We would recommend this stay to any big groups looking at a trip to Lake Como. Thank you Andrea.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment, we really enjoyed the private terrace and outdoor seating areas. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of the village or for taking ferries around the lake, and with a car was ideal for driving up into the hills. We particularly appreciated the more traditional decor which added to the character of the house and made our stay feel authentic. Thank you so much Roxana and family, we hope to visit again.

The house had excellent views, well furnished, good amenities( in kitchendidn't make use of the kitchen) and easy commute from Como and Bellagio. highly recommend the place

Loved our stay in Menaggio! The house was great and we felt right at home. It was clean, tidy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and sent the house manager within 20 minutes to help with something. After seeing the different towns in Lake Como, Menaggio was 100% the best to stay in. The town is so cute and felt a bit more spacious with less tourists compared to the others. A good amount of delicious restaurant options and a quick walk to the ferry. The house was exactly what we needed and the pictures do a good job showing what it is like. It is up on a hill with a convenient walking path to the town. Down to town was an easy 5 minutes, getting back to the house was a true uphill but only took 8 minutes and we really enjoyed the walk back after dinner. The views of the lake/town from the house and on the walk are breathtaking. We also had a car that we parked near the house easily with their parking pass.

這間房子的性價比真的非常高，是我們住過這麼多間 Airbnb 中，最有「家」的感覺的一間！ 房東非常親切熱情，不僅親自幫我們搬行李，還為我們準備了非常豐富的食物，甚至還有自己烘焙的蛋糕，讓人感受到滿滿的心意與溫暖。這樣貼心的款待，讓我們一到達就覺得備受歡迎。 雖然前往的路途稍微辛苦一些，車庫因為我們的車子太高無法進入，有一點小小的遺憾，但幸好附近很容易找到免費停車位，對我們來說完全不是問題。 房子非常乾淨、溫馨，我們總共入住了7天，期間房東還特地安排一次中途打掃，服務非常周到，讓人感到十分貼心。 這次的住宿經驗真的太好了，我們相信下次再來一定還會選擇住在這裡！無論是房子本身、房東的熱情還是整體氛圍，都讓人感到舒適自在，非常值得推薦給大家！

Erholung pur - unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Maymagon hat uns den Alltag vergessen lassen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Garten mit dem direkten Seezugang. Wir hatten unser SUP-Board dabei und konnten traumhafte Fahrten auf dem See damit unternehmen. Das Haus ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Cristina, Paolas Mutter, hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich auch während unserer Woche dort immer wieder mit Köstlichkeiten versorgt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat Paolas Bruder Philip übernommen; er hat immer superschnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Lake Como. The apartment is located in a beautiful old Italian villa with private gardens with a secure gate. We loved walking down to the town of Bellagio while enjoying the jaw-dropping beauty of the surrounding landscape. When we arrived we were greeted by Elena who couldn’t have been more welcoming and lovely. She made sure to check in throughout our trip to give us tips and recommendations and it was greatly appreciated. Giulio also sent us amazing recommendations before we arrived and made sure we had a hospitable welcome. We highly recommend Giulio’s apartment and can’t wait to come back for another stay!
