The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, dishwasher, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

MagnoliaHouse is located 900m. from the beach of Kyani Aktis and 1.4 km from the settlement of Pantokrator. The house is located on the ground floor of a single-family house and has a small inner courtyard to enjoy the beautiful scents of our flowers.

Azul Studio Preveza

Azul Studio is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the wonderful Preveza and the surroundings. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
