Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Hi thank's for your interest.The home is located one house back from the front sea view road, there are still sea views from the lounge room and kitchen windows, its around 50mtrs to the cliff edge where you can walk down to the foreshore, or even continue on to portland town centre..With a brand new bathroom , updated kithchen, and laundry,recently painted, and all the amenities you should require for a pleasant stay overnight or long term. Now Netflix , TVs in dining, lounge and bedroom.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.There is free parking available.
