Claire’s home is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to make you feel at home. The garden is absolutely amazing, a little corner of paradise. We also enjoyed the little bar and shop that is only 3 minutes walk from the house. The closest beach is only 8 minutes drive, Lagos 25 minuets, etc. We recommend parking the car down the street as it’s not so easy to drive in and out if you don’t have experience with driving on narrow streets that go up and down :p.

Fijne plek met een waanzinnig mooi strand in de buurt. Huis is fijn met veel plekjes om het huis om altijd in de zon of schaduw te kunnen zitten. Ook fijn dat de ruimte om het huis is afgeschermd met begroeiing en een hek ( ivm kleine kids). huis voelde heel schoon en met zorg ingericht. fijn aankomen met lichtjes aan en wat te drinken in de koelkast, ruim genoeg handdoeken en overal fijne geur en zeep etc. Heerlijk vertoeven in de hangmat en op de veranda. maar het adembenemende strand zo dichtbij het huis was echt het allerbeste.

Casa May is an idyllic place . The house is set in a beautiful garden which merges into the surrounding bush. Set about a kilometre from the main road , it epitomises peace and quiet.

Wunderschönes Haus! Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Silves mitten in der Natur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a wonderful location and a beautiful stay! The view from the gazebo was magnificent, the interior of the villa was beautiful and well decorated, and the pool was definitely everyone's favorite feature! The walk to town was not far, and the views alone the way alongside the cliffs were breathtaking. The home and surrounding area provides something for every taste and age, and the beauty of the area is what makes Portugal so amazing. This place has a special magic you must see for yourself!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Boa Vida chez Richard ! Le logement est bien situé, au calme, fonctionnel, très agréable à vivre et décoré avec goût. L'extérieur est très bien aménagé également. Richard est un hôte réactif et accueillant ! Tout pour passer de merveilleuses vacances 😊

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. So nah am Meer hatten wir noch nie übernachtet. Luz ist ein sehr entspannter Ort und wir haben täglich gut gegessen. Die Felsen vor der Tür sind sehr schön zum spazieren und der Sandstrand im Dorf wunderbar. Das kleine Häuschen ist gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr den Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer und von der oberen Terrasse genossen. Wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Casa con todo lujo de detalles, parecía que nos estábamos quedando en casa de unos amigos, más que el típico Airbnb con poca cosa. Decorado con gusto. En las últimas horas de nuestra estancia, se cortó el agua por una rotura de tuberías del pueblo, pero Ricardo tuvo la iniciativa de venir hasta el apartamento para aclararnoslo. Todo un detalle. Volvería sin duda. 🐾

Rented for 3 months while I moved from the UK to Monchique. Ze was very helpful and responsive when I had a couple of problems during the stay. Ze had things all sorted for me within a very short space of time.

Het verblijf biedt heel veel privacy en toch luxe. Het ligt centraal ten opzicht van de te bezoeken toeristische plaatsen / natuurgebieden en stranden. Van de hosts konden wij zelfs bodyboards huren. Wij konden steeds vragen stellen waarop snel werd geantwoord. Ondanks het slechte weer in het begin (on-Portugees; het was in maart) hadden wij een aangenaam verblijf. Er werd hulp geboden met de houtkachel, maar los daarvan waren er ook verrijdbare elektrische radiatoren om het warmer te maken. De ramen zijn voorzien van horren, zodat bij warm weer zonder problemen gelucht en gekoeld kan worden. Heel prettig is dat er zowel een oven als een magnetron aanwezig is (geen combi-toestel, maar twee apparte apparaten). De keuken is uitgebreid en volledig voorzien van de benodigdheden. Het een en ander is smaakvol ingericht, en ook is gedacht aan tijdbesteding, speelgoed binnen, boeken, en buiten ook voorzieningen voor kinderen. Evi en Marco waren geweldige hosts.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pedro et Vitor, la maison et un petit bijou. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place avec plein de petites attentions, le jardin et l'emplacement est idéal pour les vacances à la plage praia de Luz qui est une petite station balnéaire magnifique : la plus belle 🌟🌊🌴🌅. This home is a beautiful farm house in the area - you feel right at home when you arrive and it makes you want to move in. The property is so peaceful, calming and great for kids and outdoor meals. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of all of the beaches in the area. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative (the best communication I've encountered with an airbnb) - always there to respond to you if you have questions and help with anything that comes up. The house is also incredibly well equipped for multiple guests and a longer stay - the photos don't reveal just how many dishes, pots and pans, and other supplies the home has. As well, the windows have screens which is a HUGE plus that many airbnbs in the area do not have. If you are there in cooler or wetter weather, the house does get a little bit damp if you are sensitive to that but that is pretty common for most places in the area and the hosts have put things in place to help with it.

We went to Aljezur for workation and had a nice time! Internet was excellent. Unfortunately the weather was quite bad, but the fireplace made it comfortable and safed us ;) Jorge was super friendly and always answered quickly when we had questions. In the area we visited very good restaurants, beaches and countryside. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the country side of Aljezur. Beautiful location surrounded by nature. The house is comfortable, peaceful, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were 3 adults and two kids, Anna Lena even provided us last minutes with cots for the twins, which was super helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Villa, diese entsprach der Beschreibung und Dank der GPS-Koordinaten fanden wir diese auch schnell und unkompliziert. Die sehr schöne und ruhige Lage ist traumhaft, wir hatten viele sonnige Tage am Pool und am Meer verbracht, an unbeständigen Tagen die herrliche Algarve erkundet. Ein sehr liebes Paar hat sich einmal die Woche um die Reinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gekümmert, ein perfekter Service, vielen Dank nochmal. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und vermissen alles jetzt schon wieder.

To use just one word to describe Jan home: wonderful! If you are looking for a peaceful place, close to nature and away from busy cities then this is your place to stay. It has everything you'll need and perhaps Jan you'll do his best for more if needed. To us, his home was a piece of heaven and it did reminded me of my grandparents place when I was a young and spend the time summer holidays with them. Here you have orange trees and all you have to do is to pick one or two and enjoy them. Oh, I shall not forget Odin (the Cat). He gave us a big welcome in the first day but because we made the mistake not to allow her inside he completly ignored us during the stay. We had the 2nd chance on the last day when he joins us a for a breakfast! :-) Things to mention: you'll need a car (not a low small car but rather a mini SUV perhaps) as it's not close to a bus or train routes. Good Wifi receptions. We will return for sure as there is so much to see around. Thank you Jan for hospitality!

Our stay at Joana and Jorge’s villa was absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts. Their property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The villa itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and extremely clean, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding nature is simply breathtaking, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that made our time there even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend!

Maria Helena's place looked as shown in the pictures. A special feature is a good-sized pool and many sun loungers around the pool to accommodate a larger group. We also liked the historic feel and look of the house, while all the modern amenities are there. A large terrace with a seating area and dining table provides a nice place to relax all day (incl. late evenings and early mornings with a sunrise). Great views from the terrace to the surrounding countryside - the house is private with a good distance from the other houses. You would need a car to get to the shops, etc., but it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the shops in Lagos. Many local restaurants are even closer. Overall, it was a lovely holiday. Maria Helena is also an excellent host. She gives advice at the beginning and stays a few minutes away by phone if you have any questions or concerns. She also kindly let us stay longer on our check-out day as we had a late afternoon flight back home.

Super netter Kontakt mit Karolina. Die Lage war für uns okay, aber zu Fuß zum einkaufen oder essen ist eigentlich nicht möglich. Dafür gelangt man direkt ab der Unterkunft auf den super schönen Wanderweg zwischen Luz und Burgau. Perfekt zum Joggen! Der Pool ist auch sehr schön! Außerdem hat jedes Appartement einen Grill, den wir gerne genutzt haben! Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Der Trockner ist Gold wert! Dieser wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Zudem: super Service: Karolina hat uns im Vorfeld informiert, dass wir früher ins Appartement können! Das ist ein toller Service, sehr sympathisch! Danke 🙏🏻 gerne wieder.
