The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Set on an unmade, unnamed lane within 5 minutes walk of Porthcothan Bay - a beautiful dog friendly, surfing beach with life guards at peak times. At low tide it opens up to a vast expanse of sand with amazing rock formations and caves. The property has private gardens and far reaching views over the valley to the Atlantic Ocean.

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

With a Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite and a twin room with 2 x 3ft singles, plus a sofa bed, this lodge is perfect for couples, quiet groups or family get away.
