I chose this place as a girls night spot and it was perfect. The house is decorated beautifully and you can tell that a lot of time and thought went into it. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, plus some which was very useful! I really liked that all three rooms had king beds and they were super comfy. I really appreciated all the small details that made it feel more like a luxurious hotel. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond when we realized we forgot important medication in the fridge. I highly recommend this place and hosts.

Will definitely stay at Quiet place again.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Property was just as it was advertised and Jose was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future.

Nice large piece of property with a large front abd back yard. House is nicely laid out with spacious kitchen/living areas and the bedrooms have good space. Bathrooms are equipped with high tech extras which made it a fun experience.

We had a great time at Brent's house! It was exactly as pictured. We felt right at home with our dog traveling with us. The location is close to highways, so it was easy for us to get to Wekiwa springs as well as Disney springs! Would definitely book again!

Erin’s place was the perfect spot for our family and pet. The pool was wonderful for the kids to splash around or just hang out in the hammock in the afternoon sunshine. Just a few steps from the beach a definite when visiting Cocoa if you’re thinking of coming down! A great place for sure.

This place is incredible. I fell in love with it as soon as I walked up the steps and saw the view. Serene. Tranquil. Peaceful. Beautiful. I can go on and on. The place is perfectly cozy. It’s impeccably clean. And the location itself is a short drive from everything you’d want to eat or see in Cocoa Beach. I will rent this again and this time it will be for a longer weekend! Kris is an excellent host. Always responds with answers to any questions I had. Overall a great experience and Kris has set the bar extremely high for Airbnb rentals and hosts because this was my first experience with Airbnb. This was a great weekend.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Even though it was a very short stay I had an amazing time! This cute little space was well equipped with everything that was needed and was extremely clean. The host were amazing. They were very responsive. And we’re literally the sweetest.! I can’t wait to come back next month. Thank you again for being an amazing host.♥️

This place was everything we needed it to be! From the setting to the unit itself, it was exactly what it promised and more. The "Flower Power" cottage is freaking ADORABLE. The place was spotless. There were thoughtful little inclusions like toiletries, coffees, bug spray... stuff that you're gonna need, but you may not have thought about. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped... there was nothing more we needed. The grounds are a slice of peace! We saw a manatee swim through a couple of times. A dolphin came to visit us one morning, and there were jumping fish galore! There were the cutest little bunnies hopping around too! It was a real life fairy tale beach cottage! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it, and as per her norm the entire time we were there, Kathy was sweet and accommodating. The only complaint we have is that we HAD TO LEAVE. No worries though. We'll be back!

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Quiet and relaxing stay, walkable distance to local shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the beach and beautiful trails. Loved to the room and patio to take a nap.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Great spot right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Only issue was a beach dredging project right out back but there’s nothing the owner can do to control that. We just parked down the street at 14th and it was really easy. Did see a few black racer snakes too which was cool/scary. Beach was clean and very quiet with only a few people on the beach. We also saw a space x star link launch which was really cool and the kids loved it. Overall great place to stay away from the more touristy section of Cocoa Beach. Lots of great restaurants to choose from too

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Ana was a great host. The view of the ocean is stunning. The home was so clean which is very important to me. I highly recommend this beautiful beach front condo.

Lovely place, easy to find. Might want to note that the condo number is in the right side because it doesn’t line up with the other numbers really.

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

As parents of an FIT student, this cute condo was perfect for trips to the college, beach, stores, and restaurants! Michelle was very communicative and flexible which we appreciated and we will definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook as we made some fresh meals for our son, and parking is easy with an elevator to the third floor if one needs. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit which masks some of the traffic and train noise. The balcony and kitchen window have a serene view of the marina. Very nice!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!
