This sweet little house enables you to enjoy the peaceful Australian bushland, but still conveniently only 10 minutes away from the popular coastal town of Port Lincoln. Enjoy a taste of hobby farm living where you overlook grazing horses and ample amounts of space. Take a short drive into town and indulge on some of Eyre Peninsula's famous produce. We are on Barngarla land, we acknowledge and respect its traditional owners. Well behaved dogs are welcome ($80 cleaning surcharge).

Scandinavian beach house!

This place was designed and built around our experience in Norway. Enjoy a beautiful location - 100 m from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the CBD and close to the coastal trail. Cosy up to the fire inside, or entertain outside. Main bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, a double shower in the ensuite and a freestanding bath in the bathroom. A king bed is place in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd. Secluded and peaceful location with all the design and suave of designer living.

Enjoy a stay at our family friendly home in Port Lincoln. Look through our arched window at stunning views of Boston Bay, Boston island, and our signature gum trees. You can feel like you’re in a semi rural location here, yet we are only 3km from the Port Lincoln foreshore and shopping precinct, and 7 min drive from the airport. The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.

Rustlers Retreat - Port Lincoln South Australia

Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.

It is centrally located within easy walking distance to cafes for that morning coffee, the beach beautiful restaurants, beautiful day spas everything you need. The suite is stunning and very spacious it has netflix and free wifi along with all that you would expect at home. There is off street private parking.

Situated directly on the waterfront, Tulka Heights is the perfect location for a very unique and tranquil getaway. You can while away the hours relaxing in the beautiful, architecturally designed holiday house, or you can explore all that the stunning local environment has to offer… surf beaches, National Park walks, emus, kangaroos and the occasional resident koala ..
