Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . This beautifully presented, self-contained, ground-floor annex flat is wonderfully located in one of the most desirable roads in Canford Cliffs. Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is also very close to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

This town house has been in my family for over 100 years. You’ll be staying in one of the oldest buildings Poole has to offer! Located on the high street you’re surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants, a stones throw away from Poole quay and baiter park just 5 mins walk. The house itself has so much character with a mix of original and modern furniture, high ceilings and a stunning roll top bath.
