C'est un appartement refait à neuf, très lumineux, confortable et bien équipé, 45 m2, situé au douzième étage offrant une superbe vue du balcon (5,5 m2) sur Paris et la Défense. La Défense se situe à 5 minutes en bus du logement (à 15' à pied) et Paris à 15 minutes ( pied 5' + train 10'). Pour les amateurs de sport et de spectacles, il est aussi à 30 minutes à pied de Paris La Défense Aréna. Ce logement est ma résidence principale, il me tient sincèrement à cœur; je l'aime beaucoup.

L'appartement donne sur un jardin arboré. Aucun vis à vis. Il n'y a aucune nuisance sonore dûe à la proximité de la gare. Vous serez en plein coeur d'Enghien, à proximité de la gare, tout en étant vraiment au calme dans un écrin de verdure.
