A rustic dry camping cabin with a front row view of the Collegiate Peaks. This is a campground glamping experience. Has 1 queen size bed and bunk bed. Queen bed is made and bunk bed linens can be provided upon request. This cabin has electricity, heat, private porch, picnic table and fire ring. Please note that there is no plumbing. Cabin guests have full access of our newly renovated bathhouses just a short walk away. Up to 2 dogs allowed with an added flat fee of $25. No additional pets.

It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

This secluded riverside location is just the place for a quiet and comfortable getaway, 3 miles from downtown Salida. Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. The private suite is an addition to our home with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and small dining area. This space is most comfortably used by 2 adults with children, or 3 adults sharing the suite.

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide.
