We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Outdoor space is a highlight of this property, as it is right on the lakefront with direct access to the waterfront. The house features a backyard and a front yard, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort and relaxation. An outdoor griller is also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. Please note that the rental has a charging 50 amp plug for electric cars outside the house. 20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!)
