It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
