The place was clean, modern, and spacious. Beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and wifi worked well. It’s a new neighbourhood — safe and quiet. Self check-in and checkout were easy and smooth. We used to live in the area before, so it felt nice to stay here again. Overall, a good spot if you’re looking for a quiet and simple place to stay.

great location, large 3 bedroom, really large living room with lots of seating, great for group, quiet neighborhood, easy and lots of parking, not much traffic, lots of restaurants close by, central location, great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of space, great kitchen, and wonderful breezes. You can see the tides on the bay. Beautiful! The host was so supportive the whole time and especially when we forgot to pack one cupboard of our food. She had it ready for a relative to pick up for us after we left.

Was very clean, spacious and a great location close to lots of places to go and do in the area:)

We would stay again. The pictures and description were accurate. We used the full kitchen and bathroom everything was in working order.

Travis was very helpful throughout our whole stay. We loved the cozy house in a quiet street and even more so set back from the street. We stayed there with two families (two adults plus two kids each) and there was plenty of space for all of us - also for dining inside and out on the terrace. We made use of Travis' barbecue once. The area is lovely with its historic houses and there are supermarkets within walking distance as well as restaurants and lots of lovely cafes. The kitchen is great and even though you are expected to replace things when they run empty, which goes without saying, it's great to stay in a house that is usually lived in and you don't have to start buying everything from scratch. The only thing that didn't go well was that we had booked for the 8 of us but there were only 7 beds available. But since Travis is quick on his communication we could resolve that swiftly with a self-inflating airbed stowed in the house. All in all we can totally recommend Travis ;-)

Serene’s place is so lovely. Spacious, but cozy and super clean, with beautiful surroundings and lovely hosts. Serene went above and beyond to make sure we, and especially our kids, were comfortable. She had all the baby necessities, and even provided toys based on my toddler’s interests. Would highly reccomend!

This was one of the most accommodating AirBNBs we've ever stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen, all kinds of bathroom products, games, snack, etc. Tons of linens, blankets, and pillows which I loved. Tanya even mailed me jewelry that I had left by mistake. We have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend Tanya's place!!

Anne Marie was absolutely lovely, as was this cozy little space. From being flexible on check in time to accommodate my flight, to proactively recommending local hidden gems, she was a joy. I look forward to staying here again.

We stayed at Raphael's for a week, and it was a great. The place was a bit small and it wasn't the most soundproof suite, but it was still quite reasonable and our toddler had no issue going to sleep. The suite is clean and the location is amazing, being steps away from a park and very walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Raphael was very responsive and his flexibility in letting us check in early was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

After travelling to Vancouver, many times in the past few years, I have to say that this is our favourite Airbnb. The location is fantastic. It’s close to the university many restaurants and the beach. Patrick was amazing host too, came out and met us when we arrived and was always responsive to my questions. He allowed us to plug our car into the garage outlet. The place it’s itself is spotless and brand new with all the amenities listed. Comfortable beds which is always a very important part of traveling! I’ve already put it in our favourite category for Vancouver stays. We will be back!! Be sure to get a cinnamon bun from Ground for Coffee. It was epic!!

Well equipped with coffees, teas and as many cooking and types of utensils as you would need. Mary was super, my uber driver took me to the wrong address, when I called her she came and picked me up.

Kristi’s place exceeded all expectations—it was even better than described! The apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and completely clutter-free, which made it feel peaceful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Being located above an office building meant no noisy neighbors, which added to the calm atmosphere. It was a truly great stay, and I would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

Adorable neighborhood. Conveniently located. Description of accommodation was VERY accurate. Note: the duct work that creates the lower ceiling between the living area and kitchen is pretty low. I'm 5'7" and didn't have an issue but my husband is 6'3" and I never knew "ducking" would be an issue but he was uncomfortable with it (as the bathroom is off the kitchen so mid-night bathroom visits may end in a sleepy head collision.) Otherwise it was perfect and a nice departure from the same ole hotel experience.

Loved this airbnb!! It’s evident that the hosts travel a lot themselves because they had all of the amenities one would ever need from makeup removal towels to fully stocked kitchen with new appliances to drinks in the fridge and snacks. The bed was comfy and the decor was tasteful. My partner and I thought it was so cute. It’s a very private space and we felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kate’s place! The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet spot downtown, but just a short walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a parking space was a huge bonus since we had a rental car. The unit was super clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: the AC unit isn’t installed until May, so it was a little warm at night even with the fan and windows open, but it was totally manageable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Kate’s place — we’d happily stay here again!

Greatly enjoyed staying here! The city views and feel were great, and in the apartment it was quiet and cozy. Great location also, lots of restaurants and places to walk to, also within walking distance of the water!

Kristine's place was exactly as described and is in a perfect downtown location. We had easy access to lots of restaurants and attractions and transportation was easy as well. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great weekend in Elise’s place. It was very clean, pet friendly (our dog loved her first visit to Canada) and in a secure building located within easy walking distance to pretty much any location in the city. There are a ton of bars, clubs, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which is great, but something to keep in mind if you’re more sensitive to noise.

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

Great place to stay in Birch Bay! Dan and Sherri were great hosts, the condo was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay. Very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and clearly. Would stay here again!
