Peaceful and quiet, just what we were after. Locals are all happy, chatty and very friendly. Definitely worth a visit or maybe even longer, and definitely bring some bug spray for the sand flies. Clean tidy and up to expectations

Lovely view across the water with bobbing boats and birdlife. Close to ferry terminal and boat ramp. Family really enjoyed first visit to Macleay island.

Very affordable and comfortable place for all of us. Love the home decor and such comfortable beds! Anita was helpful and informative to assist us with our stay. Thank you for your hospitality especially the yummy snacks and complimentary drinks. We really appreciate it especially after our long drive. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by to walk and enjoy our time together. We would love to come back for a longer trip next time.

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay at Celine's, the house is spacious and clean. There is everything we needed and as described. The beds are comfortable, close to the shops, convenient location. Thank you for having us stay in your home.

Andy was very helpful and accommodating. We had a home emergency and were grateful the property was available. Communication was easy & we never had to wait long for a response. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The kookaburras in the morning was also a great surprise for the kids.

Staying at this place was soo good and really exceeded our expectations, aircon everywhere, friendly neighbours kitchen with everything you need and lots of space. If I wasn’t here for work it would be a perfect place to bring the family.

Michelle's apartment accurately reflected the photos and description in the listing. The decor, artwork and furnishings nicely reflected a mid-century theme, enhanced with ambient lighting. As well as exploring Fortitude Valley, there was easy walking access to New Farm, Teneriffe and the city centre. Michelle was a friendly host, who met us in person and communicated very well in the lead-up to our check-in.

Great location - easy to get into the centre of Brisbane. Felt private despite being in the city. Liz was a really friendly host!

I can’t say enough good things about Jody as a host, or her beautiful place. Jody couldn’t do enough for me, and her helpfulness, flexibility and kindness made a very stressful time with my husband in hospital, so much easier to cope with. Thank you Jody! ❤️🙏🏻❤️ I’m eternally grateful.

Kim's apartment was all we could wish for! It's facilities ticked all our boxes, and, with it's lovely, indoor/outdoor dining setting, we enjoyed breakfast outside every morning. We weren't there very much, but it was a fantastic refuge when we were 'familied out'. It's proximity to shopping, cafes and public transport was also excellent. Many thanks, Kim. I had a brilliant stay at Jammy’s Airbnb. It was exactly as the photos showed and perfect for my trip. Good location to the station and plenty of bus stops, also plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Jammy was super responsive and helpful!

This apartment is a rare gem! My second time staying here and it’s like a home away from home. I love all the thoughtful touches like the key supplies provided and the very well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - location was very central but also quiet. It was so easy to get around the city. The pool and gym was an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect spot in central Brisbane!

Ty’s home was welcoming and comfortable. It was easy to find and her clear directions made check in a breeze. There was plenty of linen and cold water and lollies in the fridge which was very sweet of her. Would highly recommend staying with Tu.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Lovely apartment - super easy to find and clear instructions for entry. The pool is a great feature of building. Penny was always very responsive and even set up the sofa bed for us prior to arrival! Great stay overall.

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again
