The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. This detached accommodation is at the rear of the owner's house. Visitors use the carport & walk up a sloping path with half a dozen steps to a sun terrace for their sole use. The accommodation consists of a small entrance porch, living room with a terracotta tiled floor, neatly fitted galley kitchen, casual dining area, fully tiled shower room W.C. with vanity basin and a small double bedroom. The patio with its pergola has a built in bbq & a chimenea which makes it ideal for outside eating .

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Unique Garden and Riverside Lodge

We are delighted to offer this unique garden/riverside lodge. The lodge is situated off the A38 at Marsh Mills, with great links into the centre, but offering a sense of tranquility. The lodge is tucked away in our well established, mature garden providing privacy. The river is tidal and home to various fish and birds. Guests are welcome to fish. You have a separate access, decked areas and sole use of hot tub. New is our yoga studio and wood fired sauna available for private bookings.

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.
