We really enjoyed our stay in Dan’s studio! The space was very clean and filled with thoughtful accommodations. Dan was very responsive and offered to bring down anything we needed - though the studio was very well stocked. The bathroom is spacious and had ample supplies, towels, etc. I especially loved the double sinks and that the shower pressure was strong. We didn’t have time during our trip to really cook but the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The mattress and bedding were quite comfortable and kept us warm which is always something I look for (it was also really easy to adjust the temperature in the space). Additionally, while I appreciated the ample heads up about the potential noise, we didn’t hear a single thing during our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a great stay, Todd! Hosts were very responsive, the unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a great home base while I visited family in town. The weather was wonderful and we were able to have the windows open and enjoy the breeze at night. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, which was much appreciated. I do agree with other reviews about how steep the stairs are. And folks should know that while the kitchen is well stocked, there is no dishwasher. There are also a lot of reminder signs around the unit: quiet hours, shoes off, where to plug in the hair dryer, caution about using multiple appliances simultaneously. Of course, we adhered to them but it was a little funny to be reminded of the rules that were already stated in the listing and beyond. Thanks again for a great stay!

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

Location, location, location! A group of us stayed here during a holiday weekend (Saint Patrick’s Day) and we really enjoyed it. The building is just a couple blocks away from the Red Line train station and it was a fairly quick train ride to downtown and other fun neighborhoods. There were plenty of restaurants/bars/shops to check out. Johna was very responsive with any questions we had as well.

Thanhs place was perfect for our weekend trip to Boston. Not too far from downtown Boston. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future.

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Kelard’s place was perfect for me and my two daughters for our week stay! This unit was so spacious and felt right at home. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery was all within a 2-5 minute walk

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

A family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed at Ruben and Celine's over Thanksgiving. The home had eveything we needed and was clean and comfortable. There is a fully fenced in yard for our dogs which was great! House is spotless, beds were comfortable...was a perfect stay! Communication with hosts was excellent. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

This place was perfect! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and even more spacious than the photos suggest. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. We especially loved [insert specific feature, like “the cozy fireplace” or “the peaceful patio”]. It felt like a home away from home, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this stay — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of amenities and enough bedrooms for everyone in our party to have their own room. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again in the future if we are ever back in the area.

This house was great for our group. Really appreciate a host that provides the basics - paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, laundry and dish detergent, among many others. Roger was a great communicator and check in/out was super easy. Thanks Roger!

We are repeat visitors to Kaios’ home, but it had been a few years since last visit. The rental is consistently excellent, but each visit brings new improvement surprises (decking, landscaping, grille, etc…). Kaios’s is a gold standard host. Excellent communicator and an all around friendly, chill guy. Pre arrival communication is proactive and clear. Any potential queries addressed to in a very timely and helpful manner. The house is wonderfully situated in a quiet, upscale coastal community. Although steps from the beach, the decor is more aligned with the zen woodland plot setting amongst tall trees, interesting flora and wildlife visitors… squirrels, foxes, ample birdlife and an abundance of pet dogs parading their owners. I hope everyone enjoys Kaios’ home as much as we do. Thank you, Kaios.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great! Views were awesome from the top balcony! We wished the bushes and shrubs had been trimmed a little to have a better view from the main level but it was still a nice view from the one area there. House was quite roomy and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are not tvs in the two spare rooms which would have been good after dinner for our teenagers while winding down after family time. The host is wonderful and communicated great. Overall we had a great family vacation and a good time. The house is nice. Would recommend!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

We were so lucky to have found this wonderful home for our family's Christmas Vacation. Everything we needed was in this home, and there was plenty of room for four adults. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location was great for us since we were here to be with our extended family, who lived 20 minutes away. I would choose this home again and again when visiting our family here in Massachusetts. Thank you Todd!!
