Playacar: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

We booked Judith's listing last minute after a different Airbnb fell through. From the start of our interactions, Judith was very timely in responding and proactively gave us instructions for the space. The building manager Juan also helped us to get acquainted with the location and responded promptly to questions or needs we had. It's a beautiful building, close to 38th street where there are many bars and restaurants, and we had access to a rooftop patio which was nice to watch the sunset. It can be a bit noisy at night because of how close the place is to La Quinta. Despite Juan and Telcel's attentiveness, the internet was a bit spotty from the start and throughout our weeklong stay. We made it work and felt that the host did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely book this place again.

This appartment is in the middle of all that is happening in Playa del Carmen. you can walk absolutely everywhere. taxi service is in the front door. The only downfall is the noise from 5th avenue. luckely we were so exhausted after each buzy day that it did not disturb us at all.

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers for spring break. We had a blast! The location was perfect and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and 5th Ave. Easy taxi ride to several Cenotes. The house was the perfect size and the views beautiful! It is above a very busy and loud street and the late night bar goes are a bit loud. But it never bothered us and we just enjoyed the music each night. Would stay here again!! Highly recommend.

Sumamente recomendado. Cuando regrese a Playa del Carmen quisiera volver a quedarme aquí en la Casa del Sol. La ubicación es simplemente la mejor y el apartamento es cómodo y acogedor. Tiene todo lo que necesite utilizar en su momento. Gracias Jeff por la amabilidad, Claudio siempre estuvo pendiente también y también Isela fue amable cuando llegué. Todo estuvo a la altura

Karen’s place at Cruz con Mar is absolutely perfect! It looks just like the pictures, if not better. Everything was as advertised, cozy, clean, convenient. The balcony is awesome & the condo is so well situated - you are 5 min from the beach & tons of restaurants/groceries. I would highly recommend staying at Karen’s if you’re looking to have a great relaxing time in Playa Del Carmen. We will be back for sure!

todo fue muy sencillo y el lugar es privilegiado. si te molesta el ruido en la noche puede ser molesto.pero la verdad para eso queri estar muy cerca de la zona turística y la vida nocturna para poder caminar sin problemas por la noche.el lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. solo haría sugerencia de sellar la regadera de la recamara principal por que se pasa el agua.excelente lugar

This was a lovely place to stay for me and my friends. The pool in the middle of the building was gorgeous and well-maintained. The other tenants in the building were very friendly. We felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was very responsive, and gave us local restaurant recommendations. Those we tried were affordable and delicious. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone. On a separate note, if you’re the kind of group that likes to check their outfits in the mirror, or do their makeup with ample lighting, there is no full-length mirror in the condo unfortunately, and lighting in the front of the mirrors was a little dimmer than my friends and I are used to. Not a big deal, just FYI.

Place was amazing, it's my second time there and would stay again. I definitely recommend this place, it's as described!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Olivia’s property is pristine, and was well equipped. Comfortable bedding and linens, so many nice small touches. (Coffee, water and tea provided) The property is located in the gated PlayaCar area of Playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful area, very walkable with several restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The AWA complex is stunning-such a beautiful pool area. During our stay, we enjoyed some of Olivia’s recommendations such as Osteria de Roma, and Casa Sofia. We also enjoyed the French bakery across the street. (Amazing breakfast and service) During our days not spent at the pool, we enjoyed Mamitas beach club, Kay beach club, and enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Overall, one of our family’s most memorable trips! We will be back! (We loved it so much, we are watching properties for sale in AWA)

Me encantó el lugar, súper tranquilo y seguro, no tan cerca de la 5ta avenida pero lo suficiente para llegar rápido y no tener ruido para poder descansar, la casa tal cuál las fotos, con lo necesario para poder cocinar y un poco más, Liliane atenta para solucionar dudas, y nos dió la facilidad de salir unas horas más tarde por el horario de nuestro vuelo, muy agradecidos con ella, nos sentimos cómo en casa.

Un buen lugar para disfrutar de Playa del Carmen, excelente servicio y atención del personal que trabaja en el edificio

si touts les hôtes étaient comme Adriana et Ubaldo ainsi que leur fils Emillio, touts le mondes vivraient une très belle expérience, nous les avons bien apprécié, ils étaient toujours là pour nous .

el alojamiento está muy cómodo con lo necesario para pasar una buena esancia , limpio, y Carlos siempre estuvo al pendiente demi estancia. muy recomendable

We had an amazing stay at Jim's apt. We were a group of 8, and everyone had ample space to sleep and move around. The palace was clean and immaculately kept. A big shout-out to Sandra, who was more than amazing. She checked on us regularly before the trip even started and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her service made our stay even more enjoyable. The apt is located steps away from the beach and the most happening street in Playa del Carmen. All sorts of restaurants/bars and convenience stores are a stone's throw away. I would highly recommend Jim's place, especially for bigger families.

Un lugar muy agradable para descansar, realmente te hacían sentir como en casa, cuenta con seguridad al ingresar, lugar muy tranquilo, cuenta con todo lo necesario si deseas hacer de comer y una muy buena ubicación, realmente cerca de la quinta avenida.

El departamento es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Buena ubicación, cercana al supermercado y a unas cuadras de la 5 ta avenida. Alvaro estuvo siempre atento cada vez que necesitamos algo. Muy recomendado para largas estancias, ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario.

El apartamento es muy lindo, estaba muy limpio, a pasos de la playa y a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida, en la playa tienes acceso a una sombrilla y 2 reposeras, la comunicación fue excelente, también tiene un bar/ restaurant donde puedes pedir comida. El único inconveniente es que si te molesta el ruido sobre todo para dormir hay varios locales con música fuerte durante casi todo el día y hasta las 12 am algunos días. Yo recomiendo el lugar 100%

Excelente lugar, muy bonito departamento, cuenta con elevador, las instrucciones de Ana Leticia para llegar y entrar son super claras, cuenta con alberca y estacionamiento, cerca de parques del grupo xcaret y a pocos minutos de la quinta avenida, la verdad volvería a regresar.

Es un apartamento cómodo y bonito para pasar unos días en familia, recomendable llevar auto para moverte por playa del carmen y atracciones cercanas. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, las habitaciones cómodas, la decoración es agradable tal cual las fotos. Volveríamos con gusto para otras vacaciones.

Alojamiento limpio, con buen mantenimiento, cerca de tiendas y lugares para comer. Si eres sensible al ruido debes saber que no es de los edificios más silenciosos.

I really like the independent set up, with private full bathroom, decent shower, burner with pots and pans to prepare meals - food and pharmacy minutes walk. I'd stay here again. It was my first time to Playa del Carmen, definitely worth another visit.
