We had a blast for our weekend! This is a fabulous location, with all the amenities we needed. We all felt like we had our own space and enjoyed the layout.

Very cozy, clean place very close to main street and Iowa State. Nice quiet neighborhood, it was great staying at Ashley's place.

Loved Brandon's place! Very clean, free of clutter, plenty of space for our stuff. Lots of counter space in the kitchen and bathroom, blinds on the windows, bedside tables, and easy parking right near the door. Quiet neighborhood, set back a little off the road so easy to find. Just note you are the back apartment in a duplex, so you need to walk around the left side and go to the second door. But this was never a problem. The setup inside was very convenient and it was all on one level--no steps at all. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really, was a perfect place and we would happily stay here again!

Richard was an excellent host. He personally showed me around the place when I arrived, and even gave toiletries and food items for free to make my stay better. The night before I checked out I had an emergency where someone I was staying with locked me out of the home. Richard woke up at 3 am and went out of his way to help me regain access. I would definitely stay again in his beautiful home.

The location was perfect in a beautiful neighborhood near the girls school as well as St. Cecilia's Cathedral . It was a short ride to the downtown area and to the airport. The home was beautifully pointed, very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again. Luis was available if needed and communicated quickly.

I went here for a personal retreat. This setting is ideal for that!! This 1200 or so square foot home away from home feels larger. The open floor plan enlarges that area, full of character, and well displayed, calm artwork. Meanwhile, the two bedrooms, nicely (one with office area) feel private and separate. The 3 seasons area was very airtight, shielding from the very windy and rainy days, that, with an added sweatshirt, became a welcoming get away for many parts of my retreat!! The times of warm sunshine (April) meant getting out on the deck was another space I got to use as well! I missed being able to use the fireplace as it was not working. While lots of luxury here, the kitchen pans, cups and silverware/utensils are lacking by far, and dirty. Stained white towels in kitchen towel drawer. Hope they update those things. Note: 8 more steps inside. The layout is so wonderful, I would recreate it for a new small build, ground level! This is worth booking for sure!

Cute, clean, cool listing. In a really fantastic part of Omaha. I've been going to Omaha since I was a kid and this by far the best location/accommodation I've stayed in. The area is beautiful and walkable. Little Italy is cute and the location is short walk to old market. The house is very cute and really clean/well maintained. The host was great and responsive and the instructions were very clear. We had a great stay!

Five stars. Everything was as described and the house had thoughtful touches that helped it feel like home. We will definitely stay again. Dubuque is a great town and the house is central to everything we did.

This AirB&B was perfect for us. Most importantly, the memory foam mattress was super comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with essential supplies. The bathroom was clean with fresh white towels and the shower was hot! Overall, this duplex was very clean with furnishings being up to date. We will not hesitate to come back.

We were in town for college softball games. It was an awesome home base. Had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely stay again conveniently located to food and shopping.

Stayed for two days with our young daughter and pup, very comfortable and clean with no surprises. On the two occasions I reached out with questions Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Very much appreciated the cozy interior, yard, general quiet and amenities. Would absolutely recommend.

Really enjoyed the place. It was close enough to restaurants, grocery stores for all your needs. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my wife, her dad, and our baby. I felt safe leaving my wife and baby to work a late-night job with her dad. It’s in a safe neighborhood, and it’s close to downtown and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Amazing Stay ! Loved the rooftop has an awesome view of Omaha

Was a very large house that would be accommodating for many types of groups. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing!

We stayed there for a month between houses and loved the place. Easy access and close to everything local.

This thoughtful host knew our family was gathering for a 100th birthday party and when we arrived, there was a balloon bouquet waiting for us in the living room with Happy 100th balloons! We placed the decoration at the various venues we visited and were so surprised and pleased with this considerate gesture.
